Why This Is Humanity's Most Important Legal Step

Here's what makes this case the ONLY way to break Lock Step. Under international law and WHO's own constitution, "all disputes shall be settled" through proper legal channels. THE ACTUAL LAWS THEY VIOLATED

WHO Constitution Article 75 - "Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Constitution...between Members, or between the Organization and a Member which is not settled by negotiation or other peaceful means shall be referred to the International Court of Justice" - This applies to disputes BETWEEN COUNTRIES or between WHO and member countries, not individuals.

WHO Dispute Resolution Process - Private disputes like ours are properly referred to member states for resolution, which is exactly what happened with Costa Rica. The violation is that AFTER member states refuse to settle WHO has no mechanism to ensure dispute resolution - creating the accountability void that we are exposing now to change the system for the future. Remember that Costa Rica praised our evidence in the hearing, then ignored us, had to be sued, and lost May 6, 2025 when WHO ghosted the Minister under court order. These disputes if taken all the way, can help stop WHO experiments forever!

Nuremberg Code Article 1 (1947) - "The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential" - No experimental interventions without informed consent, no exceptions.

UN Charter Article 33 - "Parties to any dispute shall seek solution by negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement" - International organizations must provide dispute resolution mechanisms.

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Article 7 - "No one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation" - This makes the Nuremberg Code part of binding international law.

50 USC 1520a (US Federal Law) - Prohibits DOD biological experiments on civilians without informed consent - The legal foundation for our Citizens Petition to RFK Jr.

Why Nothing Else Will Work WHO operates under the fiction that their recommendations carry no legal liability while simultaneously demanding binding compliance through treaties. This creates an accountability void that violates basic legal principles. You can protest, petition, and vote all you want—but until someone forces these disputes through international criminal court with universal jurisdiction, WHO will continue operating above the law.

The Legal Pathway When WHO refused to settle our disputes, they triggered member state referral (Costa Rica hearing). After this hearing where Costa Rica agreed with our evidence, they failed to settle the dispute and actually ignored us—forcing us to court where they lost.

Having exhausted Costa Rica, we turned to the United States—Trump having left WHO and DoD-FDA having been responsible for giving WHO void authority, they're one of the most likely countries to actually settle the dispute.

If no country will settle these disputes, they've all broken their own rules and only international courts with jurisdiction over both countries and WHO can tell them they're violating people's rights and order them to fulfill their own legal obligations.

This isn't just another legal case at all. This is honestly the only case we know of that could actually establish permanent legal barriers preventing future Lock Step coordination.

Because when we break through and crush the legal immunity that underlies and enables this type of global medical fraud, we crush the entire system itself.

W.H.O. Legal Disclaimer Sucks So Bad

“In NO event shall WHO be held liable”

The problem is that WHO is always held liable when they ignore a dispute, because it is their duty that “WHO shall settle all disputes” - ALL disputes includes our dispute about the experimental so called “vax”….

And if they don't wanna settle our dispute or care about the rules, then we're going to need to haul them into the International courts so that a court or judge can settle the dispute and finally hold the org responsible for violating Nuremberg code on a massive scale, which actually is a crime against humanity and the ruling would cause mass EXIT the WHO by all Member States and require a whole new ethical health and emergency system to be created in WHO’s place. It’s well worth the effort to try.

We all knew this was an experiment. Many people fought in the Supreme court here in Costa Rica, each repeating in their legal arguments that this was an experimental product without informed consent. The Constitutional Chamber denied every single one of their arguments based on that they rely on the Governments data and that they basically by law are forced to take the standing of the Ministry of Health over the people. The Governments data was confessed by the ministry of Health to Interest of Justice multiple times that they rely on the World Health Organization, the FDA and the EMA for “vaccine safety requirements”.

Interest of Justice has won 5 times in the Supreme court, each time collecting specific data….That one piece of “gold” evidence, each piece being a nail in the coffin to seal the deal on truth! So we collected a few nails!

This is the moment we need to keep going and not give up!

House Committee Authorizes $1.1 Billion for mRNA Research Despite HHS Cuts

The House Appropriations Committee has quietly approved $1.1 billion in taxpayer funding for messenger RNA (mRNA) research, despite Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently cutting $500 million from similar programs just months earlier.

On September 9th, lawmakers advanced the $184.5 billion spending package for the Department of Health and Human Services in a 35-28 vote after hours of closed-door negotiations. The funding authorization runs through September 2027.

Initially, the bill only mentioned funding for "advanced research and development" under the Public Health Service Act. But Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.) introduced an amendment specifically adding "including of mRNA vaccines" to the language. Remarkably, the amendment passed without opposition in a voice vote, with both Republican and Democratic leadership expressing support.

"This amendment includes language that's been agreed upon by the majority and the minority," Aderholt stated, recommending approval.

This funding authorization directly contradicts recent actions by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who canceled $500 million in mRNA research funding earlier this year. Kennedy's administration cited concerns that "the mRNA platform has not worked well against respiratory viruses" - a position disputed by some scientists. HHS officials emphasized they weren't opposing mRNA research for other applications like cancer treatment, but the respiratory virus concerns remain on the table.

The spending battle coincided with broader controversies over Kennedy's overhaul of the CDC's vaccine advisory committee. Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) attempted to block HHS from removing vaccines from immunization schedules based on recommendations from Kennedy's newly appointed committee members. DeLauro criticized Kennedy's firing of existing committee members and falsely claimed none of the replacements have immunology or vaccine backgrounds.

Her amendment failed, with Aderholt defending the changes: "The scientific process is an adversarial process, it is built on data and evidence, rather than belief. As the evidence changes, our policies must change."

The advisory committee is scheduled to meet September 18-19 to consider changing recommendations for hepatitis B and COVID-19 vaccines. The spending bill still requires approval from the full House and Senate before becoming law.

Taxpayers face a $1.1 billion bill for mRNA research that the current HHS leadership has already questioned, while vaccine policy decisions move forward with a completely restructured advisory process. The disconnect between cutting existing programs and authorizing massive new spending raises questions about coherent policy direction in federal health agencies.

Let’s put this in perspective. Reiner Fuellmich raised over $3 million for his "Nuremberg 2.0" initiative. The result? Internal disputes, no cases filed, and Reiner himself now imprisoned.

Other organizations have raised millions more with promises of accountability that never materialized. Meanwhile, with a micro fraction of those resources, we've achieved what they couldn't, an actual court victory against WHO May 6, 2025 where the court documented evidence of their fraud, and a legal pathway to international prosecution. Of course it requires more time consuming and costly litigation.

Our lead attorney - the same lawyer who helped us force the Health Minister & WHO into default judgment by proving they had recommended experimental countermeasures to countries with no evidence - has made an extraordinary offer. For $100,000 per year, he will dedicate himself to pursuing a local trial, an International human rights tribunal case, as well as pursuing criminal universal jurisdiction against those responsible for the greatest crime against humanity in modern history. One hundred thousand dollars. That's what a junior associate makes at a corporate law firm defending pharmaceutical companies. It's what wealthy families spend on a single year of private school. It's pocket change for the organizations profiting billions from the very crimes we're prosecuting.

Yet for us, after two years of bootstrapping this effort, that $100,000 a year might as well be $100 million.

Here's what that money would accomplish: Our lawyer would file expanded cases beyond Costa Rica, building toward international criminal prosecution. He would coordinate with legal teams in other countries using our Costa Rica victory as precedent. He would pursue universal jurisdiction - the same legal principle that allows any nation to prosecute crimes against humanity regardless of where they occurred. He would work full-time on what is literally the most important legal case for human freedom in our generation.

We're not asking for $3 million. We're not promising vague future action. We're not building a media empire or funding documentaries. We're asking for $8,500 per month - less than what many people spend on their mortgage - to fund actual legal action that has already proven successful. We've already won more than once. We just need the resources to expand those victories globally.

The exhaustion is real. For four years, we've carried this mission on passion, principle, and the generosity of small donors who gave what they could.

We've sacrificed careers, relationships, and health to build this case. We've faced censorship, de-platforming, and character assassination by government last time we won.

We've watched others raise millions while accomplishing nothing, while we accomplished everything with almost nothing. But passion doesn't pay legal fees. Principle doesn't file court documents. And small donations, while deeply appreciated, can't sustain the years-long legal battle ahead.

The bitter irony is that we're so close. The case is built. The evidence is overwhelming. The legal strategy is proven. The lawyer is ready. The only thing standing between humanity and accountability for these crimes is sustainable funding. Not millions - just thousands per month. Not forever - just long enough to see justice done, probably 5 -6 years, with the final wins by 2030.

Agenda 2030 isn't stopping. While we scrape together resources, they're planning the next pandemic. In fact they are meeting NOW to usher in the pandemic treaty. While we file motions on shoestring budgets, they're drafting treaties with billion-dollar backing. While we celebrate small victories in Costa Rican courts, they're building global systems of control that will make COVID look like a rehearsal.

Every day we delay due to lack of resources is another day they advance their agenda unopposed.

We need to be honest about something: If we don't find sustainable funding soon, this ends. Not because we've lost faith or run out of evidence or been defeated in court - we've won five times in court. It ends because even the most dedicated advocates can't sustain themselves on purpose alone. Our lawyer has a family to feed and a team of attorneys he has to pay - he’s breaking even and doing it for free in reality. Our researchers have rent to pay. Our organization has operating costs that good intentions can't cover.

But more critically, if this opportunity is lost - if we can't sustain the lawyer who knows this case, who has already won against WHO, who understands the multi-year path through international courts - it's not coming back.

No one else is going to pick up thousands of pages of evidence and start over. No other legal team is going to work for $100,000 per year to take on pharmaceutical giants spending millions on defense.

This is humanity's shot. Right here. Right now. With this team.

The machine we're fighting has unlimited resources and infinite patience. We're fighting it with whatever you can spare, and after four years, that model is breaking down.

But here's what gives us hope: We don't need everyone. We don't need millions of supporters.

We need perhaps 100 people who understand what's at stake and have the means to support this work monthly. One hundred people giving $85 per month. Or eigthy five people giving $100. Or 17 people giving $500. That's all. Of course all monthly support small or large is what will get it done. We need a team of dedicated funders or one large money sponsor could easily take care of the monthly cases fees.

Out of millions who claim to want justice, we need just a handful who will fund it.

This isn't charity. This is an investment in humanity's future. We're not asking you to fund our salaries retroactively. We are proud to have self funded so long to get us this far. We're not asking to be compensated for four years of pro bono work. We're asking for the bare minimum to continue the fight we've already proven we can win.

Every dollar spent on this case is a dollar toward ending the legal framework that enables medical tyranny and experimentation under so called emergencies.

Every month of legal work funded is a month closer to accountability. Every court filing supported is another piece of evidence entered into the permanent record that future generations will need to ensure this never happens again.

We're not asking you to trust promises - we're showing you results. Five court victories in four years. We exposed health ministry lies about PCR tests - won. We challenged vaccine safety claims - won. We demanded evidence for mandates - won. We took Sasha Latvapova, Dr. Janci Lindsay, Dr. Mike Yeadon and other top experts to an appeal where the court rules that these experts must be heard in the upcoming cases. So tonight, as PABS negotiations threaten to institutionalize medical tyranny, as FDA admits children died from military countermeasures, as Costa Rica betrays its own court victory, we're asking for help. Not sympathy - support. Not donations - investment. Not charity - partnership in the most important legal battle of our time.

• After we made the above request to be heard, the VP and Foreign Affairs of the Health Ministry delayed deciding if they would grant a hearing to high heaven…. yes, they were slow as a mule and took 4 months to grant it. We got our hearing on November 11, 2024.

They took 4 months to decide in our favor before, and we did get our hearing, when they could easily say no…

In that case… We shall wait a full 4 months.

Four months it is!

• We gave the slow Administration a full 4 months since our 11-11 Nuremberg hearing, since it is true that our complaints were dense as hell to investigate. However, now we think it is time to invoke the positive silence law in order to claim our rights to form our ‘CR covid and pandemic science integrity and anti corruption commission’ as a matter of pure law.

Question: Well, what happens now at the four month mark IoJ?

Answer: Accelerating the timeline, THAT’s what happens! 3 days.

In the hearing the government praised Dr. Yeadon and the experts as giving “very helpful” information, so we are on friendly terms and should be granted easily.

Reasons to be cheerful:

1 (a). Contagion isn’t a thing. A century plus of clinical attempts to demonstrate symptomatic transmission of eg acute respiratory illnesses shows that it simply doesn’t happen. 1 (b). So even if you still want to believe in disease caused by submicroscopic, infectious particles called viruses, you can’t “catch it” from someone else.

While the authorities have claimed that we’ve had several pandemics, they’re all fraudulently manufactured, in recent years by the misapplication of non-diagnostic, non-tests using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based manipulations of clinical samples. Pandemics don’t happen because they can’t happen.

Our taxes are being given to evil lunatics in order to prepare the ground in every country to be attacked by claiming there’s a pandemic. While the false claim alone isn’t a threat, it induces fear in the majority of people, and being scared is a very effective way to make thinking hard and responding by reflex much easier. A plausible reason for doing just about anything having been provided, the authorities will indulge in a series of ever more damaging “countermeasures” which they’ll claim “protect the public”. Nov. 11 Nuremberg Hearing Ordered by Costa Rica’s VP and Health Minister: Legal Experts Challenge WHO’s Emergency Use Listings for Fraudulent PCR Tests and High-Risk Vaccines, Referred by WHO’s Internal Oversight to National Authorities

A landmark legal hearing has been ordered by Costa Rica’s Vice President and Health Minister to expose and challenge the World Health Organization’s (WHO) misuse of Emergency Use Listings (EUL) for PCR tests and experimental vaccines. These products, which bypassed essential safety protocols, are alleged to pose serious threats to global health and safety.

The case, referred by WHO’s internal oversight to national authorities, aims to dismantle WHO’s EUL designations, which allowed these controversial products to bypass standard safety testing, in violation of international biomedical research laws. 

Experts including former Pfizer Vice President Dr. Michael Yeadon, Pharma Insider, Sasha Latypova, molecular biologist Dr. Janci Lindsay and others will present critical testimony. A scientific study published 21st April 2022, concluded that Covid-19 vaccination can elicit a distinct T cell-dominant immune-mediated hepatitis (liver inflammation) with a unique pathomechanism associated with vaccination-induced antigen-specific tissue-resident immunity requiring systemic immunosuppression.

In Layman’s terms, the scientists discovered that liver inflammation (hepatitis) can occur in some individuals after vaccination and shares some typical features with autoimmune liver disease.

The findings came just days after the World Health Organization issued a ‘global alert’ about a new form of severe hepatitis affecting children; and after the UK Government announced it was launching an urgent investigation after detecting higher than usual rates of liver inflammation (hepatitis) among children, after having ruled out the common viruses that cause the condition.

On April 15 2022, the World Health Organization issued a global alert about a new form of severe acute Hepatitis with an unknown aetiology (cause) affecting previously healthy children in the UK over the last month. Cases have also been notified in Spain and Ireland. Tests have excluded all previously known Hepatitis viruses.

The announcement came after the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) recently detected higher than usual rates of liver inflammation (hepatitis) in children.

Hepatitis is a condition that affects the liver and may occur for a number of reasons, including several viral infections common in children. However, in the cases under investigation, the common viruses that cause hepatitis have not been detected.

Hepatitis symptoms include:

• dark urine

• pale, grey-coloured poo

• itchy skin

• yellowing of the eyes and skin (jaundice)

• muscle and joint pain

• a high temperature

• feeling and being sick

• feeling unusually tired all the time

• loss of appetite

• tummy pain

A previous study conducted on behalf of Pfizer in the latter half of 2020, found that the contents of the Covid-19 injections and the spike protein that they instruct a person’s cells to produce, do not remain at the injection site, and instead circulate to all parts of the body for a minimum of 48 hours. However, the time that they circulate/accumulate could be much longer, but the scientists who conducted the study only took observations for 48 hours.

The largest concentration of the Pfizer Covid-19 injection was observed in the liver, with 16% of the administered dose being observed in the organ after 48 hours.

In animals that received the BNT162b2 injection, reversible hepatic effects were observed, including enlarged liver, vacuolation, increased gamma-glutamyl transferase (γGT) levels, and increased levels of aspartate transaminase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) [source]. According to the researchers’ transient hepatic effects induced by LNP delivery systems have been reported previously [sources 1,2,3,4]

Now, a new study, published 21st April 2022, has concluded that Covid-19 vaccination can elicit a CD8 T-cell dominant hepatitis.

The abstract of the new study reads as follows –

“Autoimmune hepatitis episodes have been described following SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination but their pathophysiology remains unclear. Here, we report the case of a 52-year-old male, presenting with bimodal episodes of acute hepatitis, each occurring 2-3 weeks after BNT162b2 mRNA vaccination and sought to identify the underlying immune correlates.”

The scientists conducted the study via the following method –

“Imaging mass cytometry for spatial immune profiling was performed on liver biopsy tissue. Flow cytometry was performed to dissect CD8 T cell phenotypes and identify SARS-CoV-2-specific and EBV-specific T cells longitudinally. Vaccine-induced antibodies were determined by ELISA. Data was correlated with clinical labs.”

The results were as follows –

“Analysis of the hepatic tissue revealed an immune infiltrate quantitatively dominated by activated cytotoxic CD8 T cells with panlobular distribution. An enrichment of CD4 T cells, B cells, plasma cells and myeloid cells was also observed compared to controls. The intrahepatic infiltrate showed enrichment for CD8 T cells with SARS-CoV-2-specificity compared to the peripheral blood.

Notably, hepatitis severity correlated longitudinally with an activated cytotoxic phenotype of peripheral SARS-CoV-2-specific, but not EBV-specific CD8+ T cells or vaccine-induced immunoglobulins.”

Leading the scientists to conclude –

“COVID19 vaccination can elicit a distinct T cell-dominant immune-mediated hepatitis with a unique pathomechanism associated with vaccination induced antigen-specific tissue-resident immunity requiring systemic immunosuppression.”

This is caused by highly activated T cells (also called T lymphocytes, a type of leukocyte [white blood cell] that is an essential part of the immune system) accumulating in the different areas of the liver.

Within these liver infiltrating T-cells is an enrichment of T-cells that are reactive to SARS-CoV-2, suggesting Covid-19 vaccine-induced cells are contributing to liver inflammation.

The NHS began rolling out the Pfizer Covid-19 injection to five million 5 to 11-year-old children in the UK at the beginning of April 2022. It had previously been administering it to young children deemed vulnerable since the end of 2021.

Is it just a coincidence that a mere few weeks later an extremely concerning number of children were suffering hepatitis of unknown cause? A form of hepatitis so severe that children required liver transplants, and were even losing their lives?

Too much time and money have gone into insisting the Covid-19 injections are extremely safe and effective for the authorities to now admit that they were wrong. And they also have far too much money tied up in Big Pharma to risk losing it all by doing so.

Singapore launches COVID-style quarantine, vaccine campaign for monkeypox

(LifeSiteNews) — The dreary days of quarantines are not over, at least in Singapore.

Following the World Health Organization’s August declaration of monkeypox (“mpox”) as a a “public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC),” Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) stated on September 4 that all medical practitioners and healthcare institutions have to report all mpox cases to MOH immediately.

MOH considers mpox “a viral disease that is caused by two distinct clades of the monkeypox virus (MPXV), known as Clade I and II,” with Clade I cases being considered more serious than Clade II.

According to news platform Mothership.sg, blister-like rashes and fever are the most prevalent symptoms of mpox, although “serious complications or death can occur in medically vulnerable individuals.”

Designated hospitals will test all suspected Clade I cases identified by primary care providers via polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests on swabs of skin lesions for confirmation of the virus, as per a statement on the MOH website.

Notably, the same website admitted that “there have yet to be point-of-care rapid test kits that are sufficiently accurate in diagnosing mpox.”

Once a Clade I case is verified, MOH will immediately start quarantining close contacts of the case in an allocated government quarantine facility for 21 days. This considerable length of quarantine is similar to Singapore’s strict quarantine protocols during the peak of COVID-19 in 2021.

“We are monitoring the situation closely with our international counterparts, and are ready to respond decisively should the situation change,” MOH said in a press release cited by Mothership.sg.

Additionally, the Singapore government has authorized a vaccine supposedly to combat mpox. Known as Jynneos, this “vaccine” will be given to two groups, namely healthcare workers at the highest risk of exposure to mpox, as well as close contacts of mpox cases (Clade I and Clade II), an MOH press release disclosed.

The MOH claims that this vaccine is a live attenuated (non-replicating) one, and added that the Expert Committee on Immunization stated that a single dose of the shot be given within 14 days of exposure to purportedly decrease people’s risk of disease.

Notably, close contacts of mpox cases will have the vaccine given while they are in quarantine, MOH divulged, without revealing details on whether these people would be given a choice to take the shots or not.

MOH asserted that its present supply of Jynneos injections would be ample according to Singapore’s current mpox vaccination strategy.

“We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our vaccination strategy accordingly, as the pox situation and vaccine supplies evolve globally,” the ministry elaborated.

In turn, Singapore-based critics have been quick to slam the government’s announcement on its approach to dealing with mpox. Iris Koh, founder of Singapore-based group “Healing The Divide” and champion of medical freedom, lambasted the government’s “draconian measures” in a Facebook post on September 5. In her post, Koh stated:

We wish to know from Ministry of Health, Singapore.

Does that mean that they have the POWER to anyhowly VACCINATE us if we are 21 days in the designated Government Quarantine Facility???

Mothership please help to clarify what draconian measures the Government will do.

We know that under the Infectious Disease Act, they can, but I hope this is NOT another EXCUSE to VACCINATE US with EXPERIMENTAL mRNA INJECTIONS.

It’s against the Nuremberg code. They better don’t TOUCH me.

Koh’s post garnered various responses from Facebook users. One such response reads:

‘No cases of the more severe mpox Clade I have been detected in Singapore to date’ Since no severe mpox case detected, why people need to take the mpox jabs? Can the jabs prevent infection, transmission and serious illness? If the close contact has no mpox, he still needs to jab? If he refused to take the jab? If someone died after vaxed, would Moh be responsible? Why there are no other solutions, Moh only anyhow jabbing people? Many people have died from covid vaccine, would mpox vaccine kill many more people? A good vaccine is one which can prevent infection and transmission.

During the height of the COVID-19 craze, Singapore was subject to a regime of draconian government lockdowns and experimental vaccination campaigns. The Singapore government dealt with vaccine resistance harshly, allowing no room for dissent against its “pro-vaccine” narrative. In 2022, religious houses of worship, including Catholic churches, had to implement government-mandated “vaccination-differentiated safe management measures” (VDS). People who chose to remain “unvaccinated” due to health or ethical concerns over the abortion-tainted mRNA shots could not freely worship in religious houses as they wished. No religious exemptions were granted to those who expressed doubts about receiving the abortion-tainted shots.

This unique Administrative Contentious court is recently designed by the new Constitution Article 49 to stop abuse of power of the Administrative state & at the minimum protect rights. If any court will work it is this court, which has already prosecuted former Presidents and top officials, and already ruled against the covid vaccine mandates for children, not once, but twice.

Yes, this court has proven it will stop an illegal act of vaccine administration, twice, at the height of the covid vax excitement, late 2022 to mid 2023 mind you.

Isn’t is just way, way, way too bad that the attorney Arcelio is controlled opposition and ACTUALLY told the only Costa Rica court with real power to stop the shots that “it is ok to have on the market while experimental, so long as they don’t mandate it to kids up to 12, then he asked to stop mandating for kids 12 and up” (no adults were protected from the same mandates) |

IOJ is EXPANDING that argument to demand the State take it out of the lawful vaccine schedule, and take it off the market entirely, because its illegal.

IOJ is working super hard to undo the non vaccines in Costa Rica’s immunization schedule after the crappy controlled opposition attorney told the judges is OK to keep them on the market & in the law. The judges even mentioned in the ruling that Lawyer Arcelio told them that, and also noted they could not expand their ruling to over 18 because the Lawyer did not ask the court to examine anything other than mandates for kids. Sigh. Controlled opposition SUCKS.

On November 9, 2023 the Appeals court ruled that IOJ does have a valid case which they said we can refile. We are citing Nuremberg Code to stop the non vaccine experiments administered with no informed consent of inherent toxicity, and this time the lower court cannot dismiss our case without hearing and reviewing our expert witnesses evidence and testimony first.

The higher court is literally ORDERING the lower court to hear testimony of scientific experts Sasha Latypova, Dr. Yeadon, Dr. Janci Lindsay, Professor Norman Fenton, and Dr. Ana Mihalcea, etc. Yay!

We would expect after hearing the experts testimony that all hell will break loose and we will obviously win. We mean this, our case is air tight and the laws are right here in Costa Rica to easily win this case.

So that is the latest Nuremberg Hearing update - IOJ will be SLAMMED to try to get this done in a prompt and very solid manner to file it and start again. This time we are going to be heard, backed by our bad ass lawyers and we will inevitably win justice for humanity, victims AND for the censored scientists that were trying to warn & protect life, denied their right to participate in science and policy. We need to stop this attack and protect future generations from the same type of abuses we are dealing with.

The Attorney Generals office has finally confirmed we were absolutely spot on & correct that the Health Minister is a damn liar about human experiments, Siracusa Principles obligations, confirmed death count and many other key issues such as safety and he even lied that the WHO and FDA had trials which are in compliance with Nuremberg Code & international law.

Good grief!

You cannot make this up. The Health Minister lied the jab research in children and pregnant had ethics boards and was “in compliance with international obligations (including Nuremberg)” He was accused by IOJ of violating Nuremberg Code so he lied the injections were in compliance with Nuremberg Code in particular.

What better way to prove the former Costa Rican Health Minister (hired by WEF’s youngest global leader ever) is in violation of Nuremberg Code and informed consent than to prove he LIED to the top court. Why? In oder to continue the evil experiment!

IOJ & Dr. Yeadon sued and accused former Health Minister Daniel Salas Peraza in court in 2021 of violating Nuremberg Code. The Health Minister was cornered and needed out, so he LIED to the top constitutional chamber in Supreme Court that the shots are in compliance, and expressly told the court it was in compliance with Nuremberg Code, when it was actually completely in violation of Nuremberg Code 3 according to his own testimony - because he testified they had no animal studies when asked! Nuremberg Code is law here. Its enforceable.

It’s time to get the trials started. They keep losing our cases and stalling…. It is time to get this party started and quadruple the efforts to try to get the shots off the global market… What do you think?

This evil man below, Daniel Salas Peraza, acting as the former Health Minister of Costa Rica, gave testimony in which he: “reiterated to us its not an experiment”.

Shockingly it was only one week later when the head Secretary of vaccination commission (hired by WHO vaccine peddler group NITAG for all Americas - more on that soon) contradicted the Health Minister in writing, so the Health Minister was forced to CONFESS that covid vaccines were imported under Article 117, which allows INVESTIGATIONAL products to be imported from USA & WHO.

Since then we have tried repeatedly to solve this and get sent in circles. It has become a mission of love and dedication. It has been VERY hard on us and time consuming to deal with, but we wont let it go. Why make this a full time job with no pay? Well, because we are children of the light and also because quite literally the country of Costa Rica and many thousands of victims are relying on us to fix this injustice.

The regulator here is repeating the same lie the Health Minister was just busted in, by lying its approved, so its allegedly not an experiment… LIARS. Its sick and evil.

The first criminal complaint & case was sent by the Attorney General to the court in the wrong district and was being forwarded to the correct jurisdiction - in JUNE 2023!!!! The case never got to any other court….

Our motto is “be the PERSISTENCE” so we refiled and have now expanded the complaint to include serious undue experimentation, crimes against humanity and criminally spreading a biological agent toxin through shedding, creating a common danger to DNA. It’s all occurring and true, so we are suing.

Lets get into it:

On November 9, 2023 we held a court ordered hearing to challenge the experimental jabs and take them off the market for violating Nuremberg Code and being non vaccine gene therapy which has unreasonable risks. We lost on a really lame technicality that the case was so old (after Costa Rica courts kept lagging) the laws we asked to suspend were obsolete and we need to refile with the new laws to suspend. It’s being drafted now and will be refiled soon in the Administrative Contentious Court which has authority to annul void acts and allow us to change many policies.

Its disappointing the Appellate court refused to hear experts on November 9th and sent us back to the original court to start over, but at least they ruled the lower court judge cant rule without hearing our experts, so thats being drafted now to file asap.

But the Administrative Contentious Court is not the only Sheriff in town! What about the other courts and remedies?

Today we want to explain the criminal side of what we are up to as far as enforcing Nuremberg Code & how it’s moving forward while we finish drafting the other Administrative Contentious & Constitutional case(s).

Daniel Salas Peraza is the suck up, sell out, soulless, very tyrannical former Health Minister of Costa Rica, who told us all he would “DROP THE HAMMER” on us “anti vaxxers” who questioned his experiments. He directly ordered the force injection of a 6 year old Mateo against his screaming pregnant mother and the child’s own will while our paperwork to cease and desist was pending and stamped URGENT by the Ministry of Health for proving death is common.

Daniel Salas Peraza was specifically chosen by YOUNGEST WEF YOUNG GLOBAL LEADER EVER Mr. President Carlos Alvarado, presumably, because Daniel would willingly sign whatever WEF, UN & WHO told Carlos Alvarado to tell him to sign.

Daniel Salas Peraza was a puppet of something bigger (Globalisms quest for world domination) and we would remind all present and future public officials that the consequences of going along with corruption is jail time.

Daniel Salas Peraza left office a week early. He was SCARED in our opinion, but also excited to leave for his new job. PAHO recruited and hired him to be the director for vaccines for all of Americas. Apparently he did his job for WHO-PAHO global vaccine uptake programs and met his 70% or more injected quota so he got a raise and a shiny new job as top “vaccine peddler” in DC.

We tried to prevent Daniel Salas Peraza’s flight to the US by filing an injunction and the prosecutor let him go. Now, many, many months later the prosecutor investigation concludes to prove he lied in 7 of our cases. BRING HIS ASS BACK DAMMIT. Daniel Salas Peraza needs to stand trial. PRONTO. (and many more need to face justice, but lets start with this maniac and THESE CRITICAL LIES FIRST, it will easily lead to Tedros, etc)

The following is a new criminal complaint with more precision than the Prosecutors office wrote back in July.

The prosecutor has the nerve to admit the Health Minister LIED under oath but is trying to dismiss the case based on technicalities. We are about to sue the prosecutor to make him prosecute, because a high up “friend” in the Attorney Generals” office told us precisely how to take the Attorney General to court to force them to prosecute so they wont get away with this inactivity. If the prosecutor refuses, we are allowed by law to act as a prosecutor and you can bet we will do just that. Our motto is Be the PERSISTENCE!

Heres the story:

Our criminal case was “forwarded to the correct court with jurisdiction” months ago on July 17, 2023 and has apparently been delayed to the point of inactivity. Did they forget it? Close it? Which criminal court even has jurisdiction? Where are they sending our criminal case? ARE THEY STILL SENDING OUR CRIMINAL CASE TO THE CORRECT COURT WITH JURISDICTION?

We took what the prosecutor wrote in July and added some new stuff at the end and tightened a couple counts.

We are asking the Attorney General’s Office to prosecute before we sue them for “breach of assistance” and ask the Supreme Court to force the prosecutor to do his duty to prosecute. Enough is enough.

We did not work so hard to corner this lying evil Health Minister in so many cases where he was busted lying in SEVEN of our cases, just to let it all fizzle out.

We will be working through the weekend as usual to push this and other actions to be announced through!

Where is the passion for rule of law nowadays? The prosecutor is a disgrace.

Let us never forget that THOUSANDS of good people lost their cases to protect their right to not be experimented upon because the Constitutional Chamber took Health Minister Daniel Salas testimony as fact under oath that covid non vaccines are “vaccines” and “not experimental”.

IOJ is the only one in Costa Rica who told the court they were lied to.

As a result, since 2021 the Constitutional Chamber referred us to the prosecutor 3 times to find out if the testimony we complained of was false or not!

Yes, we were referred by the TOP court to the same prosecutor who outrageously wants to dismiss our case on nonsensical reasons. Scandalous.

ALERT!: The prosecutor is the only entity who the Constitutional Chamber relies on to know if the court is ratifying lies or truths. This is just crazy and a total let down of justice.

The prosecutor CONFIRMS lies are on the court record as truths, but wants to dismiss our case and leave materially significant lies about the vax experiment & approvals on the Constitutional Chambers record!

We must help the Constitutional Chamber clean up their act, and help the many thousands of people who lost their cases and were denied rights based on lies! We must not allow the prosecutor to refuse to assist & prosecute. It’s not right.

• We already won 4 cases against Health Minister Daniel Salas for violating our rights. (Some of those cases he lied in as noted by the prosecutor and were backed up by verified affidavits from Dr. Yeadon former VP Pfizer) We can and will win this case too, albeit the wins will come slowly but surely.

  

  

• We expect to win this critical case for Serious Undue Experimentation (8-10 years in jail) and Nuremberg Violations, as well, because even the prosecutor agrees the former Health Minister LIED UNDER OATH IN 7 CASES, A CLEARLY DECEITFUL PATTERN, which we intend to prove was for the purpose of human experimentation outside clinical trials by omitting what is required for informed consent.

• We also expect this particular case to eventually result in a real trial for Crimes Against Humanity, which is codified into civil law in Costa Rica, able to be tried under Costa Rica’s Universal Jurisdiction, which will expand to include DG Tedros, FDA Director Peter Marks and many others directly or indirectly involved in human research in Costa Rica and upon the international community as a whole.

• If you have not yet heard, the Health Minister of Columbia finally admitted the covid “vaccines” are the biggest experiment in history.

• The former Health Minister of Italy got caught in emails ordering the hiding of deaths and is currently under serious investigation for murder.

• Don’t let them get away with it!

When the prosecutor will not prosecute, as in this case, its important to realize that our Criminal Procedure Code allows US TO ACT AS COMPLAINANTS and force the prosecution. Pray. YES! We are doing it. Lets go.

The following is the text of the actual indictment naming the crimes, without the brief or evidence.

Interest of Justice vs DANIEL SALAS PERAZA, Costa Rica former Health Minister Mengele, et al (Tedros, etc)

Defendant: Daniel Salas Peraza Et. al, former health minister of Costa Rica and others to be announced

In this particular case, the events denounced concern misrepresentations to the truth that the accused, DANIEL SALAS PERAZA Et. al, in his capacity as Minister of Health of the government of the 2018-2022 period, rendered before the Constitutional Chamber in files 21-007845-0007-CO, 21-016342-0007-CO, 21-016877-0007-CO, 21- 015890-0007-CO, 21-020862-0007-CO, 21-020206-0007-CO and 21-015069-0007-CO, as described above. DANIEL SALAS PERAZA Et. al was expressly ordered to answer personally, because he was the only one with firsthand knowledge.

These files were born to legal life due to the right of response that the complainant Interest of Justice, had at that time with respect to various queries he had made to the then Minister of Health, the accused DANIEL SALAS PERAZA Et al.

The complainant stated that once the Constitutional Chamber admitted his complaints for study, it required Mr. DANIEL SALAS PERAZA Et al to submit the corresponding reports, which were requested under oath.

In complainants opinion, the defendant SALAS PERAZA Et al. was untruthful in the statements he made about his own facts in the reports requested by the Constitutional Chamber.

In complainants opinion, the defendant SALAS PERAZA Et al. was untruthful in the statements he made in his reports and freedom of information requests, therefore affirms a falsehood or denies or conceals the truth, in whole or in part, in his deposition, report, interpretation or translation, made before the competent authority.

Count 1, Under oath, in file 21-007845-0007-CO, the defendant SALAS PERAZA Et. al; indicated that The statistics on the number of people who died in the covid-19 pandemic were one hundred percent accurate because the because the PCR test is the “gold standard” for diagnosis which WHO recommended it in the 1^st Charite protocol from January 2020 covid guidance and the Mortality Commission checks every death for “death by covid”. The accused himself reportedly told the press that the statistic was ninety percent accurate and in reality the Mortality Commission had only examined about 20% of the dead bodies. The method of testing is based on PCR ruled “unscientific” in Lisbon Portugal court and no cases can be accurately confirmed.

Count 2, Under oath, in file 21-015069-0007-CO, the defendant SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated that the complainant’s e-mails, through which he requested a series of answers from his office, had not arrived, which is apparently false, since the offended party consulted his mail provider Protonmail, who indicated that his e-mails had been delivered.

Count 3, Under oath, in file 21-015890-0007-CO, the defendant SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated that the complainant’s e-mails, through which he requested a series of answers from his office, had not arrived, a fact that seems to be false, since the offended party consulted his mail provider Protonmail, who indicated that his e-mails were delivered.

Count 4, Under oath, in file 21-016342-0007-CO the defendant SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated that the Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine had been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) on August 23, 2021, being this information apparently false because the vaccine that was approved was Pfizer’s comirnaty. The accused also indicated that BioNtech was safe because it had approved all the phases, being this information apparently false because the vaccine only approved the first three phases, not the fourth phase.

Count 5, Under oath, in file 21-016877-0007-CO, the defendant SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated that the FDA & WHO approved the existence of the Ethics Board and that the protocols of the clinical studies of the COVID-19 vaccine are approved by scientific ethics committees and in compliance with current international regulations for research with humans (including Nuremberg Code)”, which is false, since it seems that the Ethics Board does not exist and has not been approved by the FDA or WHO and there is no compliance with current international regulations for research with humans (including Nuremberg Code).

Count 6, Under oath, in file 21-018029-0007-CO, the accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated that as Minister of Health, he did not have the duty to inform the Secretary General of the United Nations about the Siracusa Principles, which are the limitations in the exercise of the rights of citizens in emergency situations, being this information apparently false because he did have the obligation to inform the UN about limiting peoples rights under Siracusa Principles.

Count 7, Under oath, in file 21-020206-0007-CO , the accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated to the offended party, as well as reiterated in letters, that the Pfizer vaccines applied to the Costa Rican population were not in the experimental phase, the accused lied about it since he also indicated that the vaccines were under investigation and imported under 117, “for exclusive purpose of human research”, which in the biomedical research law 9234 and 39061-S and FDA website is the same, investigation and experimentation.  See: Document MS-DM-2341-2022 San José, March 14, 2022 from case # 21-020206-0007-CO / 10-10-21

Count 8, The accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated to the offended party under oath in file 21-016877-0007-CO that the covid vaccines are vaccines, which is false because the product is not a vaccine as defined in 32722 1 p, it is actually an experimental gene therapy and biological agent which does not confer immunity and is shown to cause harm to biological functioning and death by integrating into human DNA, potentially affecting the human germline genome heritage of humanity which CCSS and PAHO say “do not act like regular vaccines and therefore require additional safety protocols”.

Count 9, The accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated to the offended party under oath in file 21-016877-0007-CO that “None of the COVID-19 vaccines used in Costa Rica has been approved as of today for use in children. However, the protocols of the clinical studies of the COVID-19 vaccine are approved by scientific ethics committees and in compliance with current international regulations for research with humans (including Nuremberg Code)” that the defendant has demonstrated he clearly knows when he recommended covid vaccines for all people and ordered the forced injection of health workers, government workers and children in Costa Rica, it was research in humans, outside the clinical trial, and knowingly omitted what is required for informed consent by using deception, disinformation, manipulation, coercion, threat and other illicit means of false testimony constituted and still does constitute “human experimentation in violation of Nuremberg 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 and the Biomedical Research law 9234 Article 79 serious undue experimentation.

Count 10, Salas et al, creates a common danger to persons, through the emission, propagation, or impact of covid-19 “vaccine” toxic or dangerous substances or chemicals, agents or toxins of a biological nature.

Count 11, the accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al does not comply or does not enforce, in all its extremes, the order issued by a jurisdictional body or by a public official in the exercise of his functions, which has been personally communicated by Sala 4 in file 21-016877-0007-CO

Count 12, The accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al, indicated to the offended party under oath in file 21-016877-0007-CO that “Vaccines are the most effective preventative approved treatment that exists to prevent a disease”, which is apparently false because even the normal vaccines are not as effective as HCQ in preventing diseases like covid according to PAHO studies

Count 13, The accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al, indicated to the offended party under oath in file 21-016877-0007-CO that “covid-19 vaccines save lives”, which is apparently false because evidence shows the covid so called vaccines killed more people than all vaccines combined in history and killed far more people than can be scientifically attributed to the alleged covid virus.

Count 14, The accused SALAS PERAZA Et. al indicated to the offended party under oath in report # MS-DM-0318-2022, San José, 24 January 2022, page 3, “When the World Health Organization (WHO), on March 11, 2020, elevated the public health emergency situation caused by COVID-19 to an international pandemic given the rapid evolution of the facts, it caused health authorities at national and international level to adopt immediate and effective measures to deal with these extraordinary circumstances of an unprecedented health crisis of enormous magnitude, both because of the very high number of people affected and the extraordinary risk to their lives and rights.”, which is false because concrete evidence shows there was no extraordinary circumstances of an unprecedented health crisis of enormous magnitude, there was not a very high number of people affected worldwide or in Costa Rica and there was no extraordinary risk to their lives and rights posed by the alleged covid virus, which has a mortality rate and symptoms exactly same as than flu.

Count 15, SALAS PERAZA Et. al, commits or orders to be committed, as part of a widespread or systematic attack against a civilian population and with knowledge of such attack, acts of depravation of non derogable right to be free of serious medical undue experimentation affecting the human genome, that may be classified as crimes against humanity, in accordance with the provisions of international treaties to which Costa Rica is a party, relating to the protection of human rights, Nuremberg Code and the Rome Statute

Count 16,  DANIEL SALAS PERAZA Et. al, commits or orders to be committed, as part of a widespread or systematic attack against a civilian population and with knowledge of such attack, acts of depravation of non derogable right to be free of serious psychological scientific undue experimentation, that may be classified as crimes against humanity, in accordance with the provisions of international treaties to which Costa Rica is a party, relating to the protection of human rights, Nuremberg Code and the Rome Statute

Count 17, SALAS PERAZA Et. al, commits or orders to be committed, as part of a widespread or systematic attack against a civilian population and with knowledge of such attack, acts of depravation of non derogable right to free opinion and expression, that may be classified as crimes against humanity, in accordance with the provisions of international treaties to which Costa Rica is a party, relating to the protection of human rights, and the Rome Statute

LEGAL QUALIFICATION

In the opinion of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the above facts could constitute the crime of PERJURY, which is contemplated in article 311 of the Penal Code.

In the opinion of the complainant, the above facts could constitute the crime of PERJURY, which is contemplated in article 311 of the Penal Code, but are more precisely contemplated under article 323 False Testimony.

In the opinion of the complainant the above facts could constitute the crime of SERIOUS UNDUE EXPERIMENTATION, which is contemplated in article 78,79 of the national Biomedical Research Law 9234.

In the opinion of the complainant the above facts could constitute the crime of attempt with chemical materials or radioactive, which is contemplated in article 253 B, is of the Penal Code.

In the opinion of the complainant the above fact 11 could constitute the crime of disobedience, which is contemplated in article 314 of the Penal Code

In the opinion of the complainant the above facts 15-22  could constitute the crime of crimes against humanity, which is contemplated in article 386 of the Penal Code

In the opinion of the complainant the above facts 23,24 could constitute the crime of international crimes, which is contemplated in article 381 of the Penal Code

Article 386.- Crimes against humanity. A prison term of ten to twenty-five years shall be imposed on anyone who commits or orders to be committed, as part of a widespread or systematic attack against a civilian population and with knowledge of such attack, acts that may be classified as crimes against humanity, in accordance with the provisions of international treaties to which Costa Rica is a party, relating to the protection of human rights, and the Rome Statute.

ARTICLE 381.- Crimes of an international nature. A prison term of ten to fifteen years shall be imposed on those who lead or are part of international organizations dedicated to trafficking in slaves, women or children, drugs and narcotics, commit acts of kidnapping for ransom or terrorism, and violate the provisions of the treaties signed by Costa Rica to protect human rights

Of course this criminal prosecution will suffer many setbacks as they work in lockstep to stop us. But their games will never work in the end. The law exists, it just requires good people to ENFORCE it!

Lies never pay in the end, not even for globalist dictators who think WEF can or will protect them. Its over. The days of corruption in pandemic preparedness and response are coming to an end because the children of the light are stepping up to do the prosecutors job and taking care of business.

The court sent us to file a MAIN CASE to prove the nullity and told us we still have that as an option.

The judges appeared very serious and sympathetic - but they were correct, we wanted new decrees annulled, but they said they can't suspend any new decree after from when we filed the injunction. We filed a year ago so apparently some issues became moot.

We can ask again to stop the shots in a new action & we learned a lot from the governments position today. Interestingly only one government agency argued the product is really a vaccine - all others looked nervous and did not disagree. Thats so damn important to know.

All in all we are not too bummed because the court said we still have a main case which we need to file asap & we really think we can win it!

It was partly due to some issues of our lack of technicality when filing, because this court has very particular rules we weren’t very good at following, because we are not Costa Rican trained attorneys and it was partly because it was filed so long ago that the court could not rule to suspend any new decree issued after we filed it back on October 7, 2022. Also, some of the original issues of the children’s mandates were moot and already suspended.

The court treated us with respect and dignity and took us seriously. Our attorney said the judges usually yell and get domineering but to us they seemed quite sympathetic.

The experts were on standby but not called. The court insists we can file a main case.

The court was very clear that’s not that we don’t have a case, we do, it’s just that the court believes we need to file the main case to actually prove the experimental non vaccine harmful nature of these products.

In the main case we can start over with a more precise and current request for a precautionary measure to stop the shots. It’s certainly not over and just beginning.

After the hearing IOJ, the experts and the attorney had a meeting and we intend to draft and file THE BEST CASE ON PLANET EARTH AND WIN IT.

This hearing is just the beginning. IoJ stands for our motto, “why be the resistance, when you can be the PERSISTENCE!” This hearing was NOT useless even though we didn’t get what we requested. In fact it helps everyone understand what the Governments stance is in relation to the facts presented and a wonderful thing happened where only one agency insisted these products are vaccines. LEGAL RULES WHOSE SUSPENSION IS REQUESTED

1.     Covid 19 vaccine is actually a vaccine.

2.     Executive Decree No. 42889-S of March 10, 2021; The suspension of this decree is requested because it establishes the Covid 19 vaccine as a vaccine in the basic scheme when it is not and because it maintains the mandatory nature of vaccination for minors.

a.     Covid 19 vaccine being No. 15 .

b.     Declares that the Covid-19 vaccine is mandatory for the personnel established by the National Vaccination Commission, in the extraordinary sessions number VII-2021 on February 16, 2021 and VIII on February 23, 2021

c.     The second version, which is from October 7, 2021, makes a small modification to the target population;

d.     The 3rd version of December 13, 2021 mandates that this vaccine be mandatory for minors (childhood and adolescence) according to the agreement LI (51) – 2021 of November 4, 2021 of the CNVE, those over 15 years of age They do not require adult accompaniment (authorization).

e.     The 4th and final version of March 27, 2023 maintains the Covid 19 vaccine as part of the universal basic public scheme (No. 15), mandates that the COVID-19 vaccine will be mandatory only for health officials and workers. who participate in direct patient care; both the Public Sector and the Private Sector. Eliminates the SPECIFIC mandate that this vaccine is mandatory for minors and indicates that it is the responsibility of parents to carry out the vaccination of minors for those that are mandatory.

3.     Decree No. 43364-S of December 13, 2021 modifies decree 42889-S of March 10, 2021, but the latest version of decree 42889-S of March 27, 2023 leaves a gray area regarding the mandatory nature of application. of vaccines in minors and above all leaves said future obligation to the decision of the CNVE.

4.     We provide as evidence to better resolve Official Letter No. MS-DM-0318-2022 of January 24, 2022 in which the Minister states that these products are not yet vaccines. (See page 1 final paragraph and page 2 paragraphs 1 and 2).

This representation considers that the cited regulations demonstrate that the chemical products that were applied to the Costa Rican population as Covid 19 vaccines were not really vaccines in accordance with said regulations, but rather from the first moment and even before these products existed at all, They were already considered and treated as vaccines with all the technical, scientific , medical and legal legitimation that this implies. As the process of applying these products to the population progressed, it continued to be mistakenly assumed that these products were vaccines, even when the same regulations determined that they did not meet that requirement and that they still do not meet it because they do not have the proper health registration . of vaccine and since these products do not qualify as vaccines, the only possible resulting option is that they were and still are experimental products and that their application has been part of biomedical research as established by the aforementioned regulations.

To this it must be added that at no time was the citizenry granted the right to informed consent required by law, but rather at various times this vaccine was applied compulsorily, which means that it was applied even against the will of the people, which is why, respectfully, we request that the resolution that is appealed here be annulled, issued by the Contentious Administrative and Civil Court of the Treasury (Goicoechea) at 4:30 p.m. on March 13, 2023 and in its place the application of all the aforementioned regulations that legitimizes the supposed Covid 19 vaccines is suspended until the main action that will be presented in order to definitively annul said regulations is finally resolved.

What you need to know about tomorrows public hearing about preventing human experimentation:

This hearing is about suspending the investigational product called covid-19 vaccine for all humans.

• The Health Authorities globally are lying covid-19 [non] vaccines are not investigational/experimental, HOWEVER, at the same time IOJ got testimony that it was imported “for the exclusive purpose of human research” and “investigational” (a word defined as “experimental”). So they talk out of both sides of their mouths. Triple-speak word salad with stale croutons. We are sick of the nonsense and expect the 3 judge panel to also refuse to join the Regulatory clown show & shut it down.

• IOJ is asking to stop covid-19 vaccines because they are NOT a vaccine. We allege they are actually a gene therapy biologic, which is mischaracterized as a vaccine erroneously due to the illegal application of WHO definition of vaccine.

• The covid-19 [non] vaccine gene therapy outside clinical trials carries unreasonable risk to humans and is not being adequately monitored by any regulator on Earth, this violates WHO MEURI ethical framework and is PROHIBITED as unethical experimentation.

• IOJ is asking to suspend all Decrees (created in 2020) that allow Costa Rica to expedite and immediately authorize products based entirely on WHO, FDA or other “strict regulatory bodies” authorization. (We can’t have that nonsense anymore. Shut it down.)

• The covid-19 [non] vaccine is illegally incorporated into the childhood schedule making it basically mandatory for school, despite the same court already ruling mandates for children are suspended. We are asking the court to suspend the covid-19 [non] vaccine from the childhood and national immunization schedule entirely because its NOT A VACCINE and it is an experiment. Pray! By keeping covid alleged vaccines in the immunization schedule they are able to pretend it’s a vaccine by LAW. We can’t allow that to continue if rule of law is to be preserved and restored, which it is.

• The covid-19 [non] vaccine has no ability to confer immunity, but it is an experiment that can kill you, and we all know the fact sheet conspicuously fails to explain this, therefore obviously omitting what is required for informed consent.

• IOJ is asking to suspend all gene therapy products across the field due to risks associated with altering cell DNA irreversibly and suspend all mRNA product candidates irrespective of the mechanistic differences between gene therapies and mRNA

• IOJ is also requesting the Pfizer secret experimentation contract AGAIN! Maybe we can get it this time!

• Theres more but thats the main issues. The experts each have more to explain.

The court can do a few different things, from kicking us out (hope not), to ruling yes on the spot in our favor, to requesting expert testimony which is on standby or rescheduling dates to hear each witness (thank you hero experts who put in so much love to help this!) and beyond.

On Thursday November 9, 2023 we will play it by ear and do our very best. IOJ prays we can help be part of co-creating the movement of the mountain off of humanities back! FAITH of a mustard seed amigos, faith! We can and will absolutely stop the evil experiments on the human genome which is the heritage of humanity!

Excerpts from IOJ’s brief to Stop The Fake Vaccine Shots:

This representation considers it essential to communicate that my clients are not really trying to act against the State or its public health institutions. Far from it, what we seek is to alert the responsible authorities that there is an erroneous interpretation of the pharmacological, medical, chemical and technical aspects of the products that were supposedly applied as vaccines to the population of Costa Rica against the disease known as Covid 19 or SARS COV 2. In fact, all the people that make up the Institute of Justice, what they seek is to demonstrate that these chemical products (technically they can also be called GENE THERAPY BIOLOGICS in English) already mentioned several times are not vaccines and that for this reason and for the sake of the protection of the population, their application should be stopped until the existing evidence or the that is necessary to obtain from this moment demonstrates, without a doubt, that said products are or are not healthy for application to human beings, in accordance with the regulations and protocols in this matter.

            In our opinion, the point described in the previous paragraph causes THE WEIGHTING OF INTERESTS to be justified in favor of the actors since the true interest at stake is public health.

            Regarding the resolution that is appealed here, which is the resolution issued by the Contentious Administrative and Civil Court of the Treasury, at 4:30 p.m. on March 13, 2023, with due respect we consider what we set out below:

Regarding the aspect of the danger of delay in the application of the precautionary measure, the same Contentious Court indicates verbatim:

“…In this regard, it is worth highlighting that in the opinion of this judge, valuable inputs have been offered that suggest that the imposition of vaccines In children aged six months to five years have detrimental effects on their health . In this sense, it is worth noting that this judge is not unaware of the reality evidenced by the plaintiff's representation, and it even turns out to be a truism that even in people of legal age, side effects have occurred with the imposition of vaccine doses regardless of the pharmaceutical company where the vaccine comes from . Now, here it must be emphasized that there is no evidence that categorically or conclusively demonstrates that the negative effects of imposition outweigh the positive ones. Furthermore, it should not be lost sight of that this judge, like any judge, lacks scientific knowledge to appreciate the evidence provided in light of the rules of science, so even though the studies determine health risks with the imposition of the vaccine it is not possible to appreciate the magnitude or severity of the alleged damage .” (EMPHASES ARE OURS).

            Consider this representation, said with all due respect that, the Contentious Court recognizes that there is a clear danger in the application of these products and then recognizes that it lacks scientific knowledge to appreciate the evidence provided, which leaves us in a state of total defenselessness, since if it is not the judge who must evaluate the evidence, who then can do it in his place and the obvious answer is that only the judge will be able to evaluate and decide on the evidence, assisted by the experts he requires, especially in a issue as delicate as the one at hand.

            Regarding the aspect of weighing interests, the resolution being appealed verbatim states:

“… it must be clear that in order to carry out this exercise of weighing interests, it is necessary that the existence of current serious harm has been previously demonstrated or potential derived from the administrative conduct that has been questioned, which has not happened in the case under examination...", however, in our respectful opinion the judge recognized in the previous points that:

“…valuable inputs have been offered that suggest that the imposition of vaccines on children from six months to five years of age have detrimental effects on their health …”

and that

"... this judge is not unaware of the reality evidenced by the plaintiff's representation, and it even turns out to be a truism that even in people of legal age side effects have occurred with the imposition of the doses of the vaccine regardless of the pharmaceutical company of wherever the vaccine comes from…” (EMPHASES ARE OURS)

            On this point, said with all due respect, we consider that there are no competing interests, since the interest of the State is public health and the interest of my constituents is the same protection of public health. Rather, we consider that there is a type of assistance in that my clients intend to help the public administration fulfill its functions and purposes in a different light, which is, than the application of chemical products (technically they can also be called GENE THERAPY BIOLOGICS in English) which are supposedly vaccines against Covid 19 or SARS COV 2, they are not really vaccines , but are experimental chemicals (technically they can also be called GENE THERAPY BIOLOGICS in English), which are harmful to public health and that its use is an experiment on human subjects, which is illegitimate in light of our legislation.

            For all of the above, we consider that in light of the appearance of good law, the danger of delay and the weighing of interests, all in relation to the requested precautionary measure, it is appropriate to annul the appealed resolution and decree said measure while presenting the main action that allows the judge to analyze the evidence in a more exhaustive and weighted manner so that he can make a coherent decision in support of public health.

            The same contentious judge in the appealed resolution recognizes several concepts that we consider important, which we quote verbatim:

a.     “…The case under examination has a particularity and that is that all the parties involved advocate for a greater public interest, be it the fundamental right to health. The parties in litigation also raise the flag of the best interest of the minor, since each one from their perspective tries to justify how the right to health of this population sector would be largely protected…”

Regarding this point, we agree with the judge that the parties in this process seek to protect the right to health.

b.     “… Without going into analyzing whether the questioned administrative decision (mandatory vaccination) adjusts or not to the parameters of legality, the truth is that it would respond to the clamor of Costa Rican society (or at least most of it) to implement concrete actions to prevent the spread of Covid-19…”

Regarding this point, we respectfully consider that the clamor of the people cannot be a relevant parameter in making this decision, since it must be based exclusively on scientific evidence.

c.     “… it is considered that the suppression of mandatory vaccination in this precautionary instance by this jurisdictional authority would not only imply ignoring the will of the administration but would also compromise the fundamental public interest associated with the right to public health…”

Again, we respectfully consider that the decision on this precautionary measure should be based only on what is scientifically demonstrable.

d.     “… given the panorama that is presented to us and having as our goal that at an international level, organizations such as the World Health Organization still endorse vaccination against covid-19 as an effective mechanism for the control and mitigation of the effects of the disease , it is unquestionable that the mandatory nature of vaccination is being consolidated as a measure aimed at protecting minors and the Costa Rican population in general, with the understanding that the State and its institutions would not implement this health measure if the negative consequences were greater than the favorable results (or at least that is what is expected in a state that guarantees human rights)…”

Likewise, said with all due respect, we consider that this phrase could put us in danger of a normativist fallacy. We cannot trust that the State will do what is right just because we live in a state that guarantees human rights, since the state can and often makes mistakes because it is made up of people with natural limitations.

            For all of the above, we reiterate our respectful request that the resolution appealed here be annulled and the requested precautionary measure be decreed, which is the immediate suspension of the application of the chemical products (technically they can also be called GENE THERAPY BIOLOGICS in English) wrongly called vaccines to combat Covid 19 or SARS COVID 2 that are distributed in the country while a main action is elucidated in a knowledge process in which an exhaustive analysis of the scientific evidence can be carried out.

We are asking to suspend the acts of covid [non] vaccines from being applied to all humans in Costa Rica. The subsequent main case will be also asking to annul the acts of serious undue human mRNA & viral vector gene therapy experimentation called “covid-19 vaccine” worldwide by suing ALL REGULATORY BODIES AT ONCE.

We do not need a bunch of national cases to beat the cabal, although we do advocate everyone to get involved in all of your nations! It’s our opinion that what we really need is one good solid case using international law and getting declarations of laws and definitions filed by a WHO & HHS/FDA “partner” civil society group with a mission to “safeguard the health, safety and human rights of the entire international community". See UN claims the whole international space. There is no competition.

Until now.

The necessary international civil society group did not exist, so we helped to create it and we worked the past couple years to become “partners” and “relevant & interested stakeholders” in the WHO & HHS/FDA just for the purpose of holding them all to account on behalf of the international community that we seek to serve and protect.

November 9th Hearing is in 3 days!

Remember, remember the Ninth of November! What will the Judges do?

It has been over a year of delays since this precautionary measure was filed, and here are are at this point where on November 9, 2023 a Costa Rican court will finally hear our case and decide if they will suspend the covid-19 [non] vaccines.

Experts including Dr. Mike Yeadon (former VP Pfizer) and Dr. Ana Mihalcea, among others to be announced, will be in attendance virtually ready to testify to the inherent toxicity and potential for DNA integration and shedding of synthetic pathogen/toxin GMO’s into the environment. It is our position that the covid vaccine is NOT a vaccine, but is instead an experimental gene therapy biologic which can integrate into DNA, which clearly requires the State to step in a S-L-O-W- things down and suspend the insanity of reckless unrestrained mass experimentation with novel emerging biotechnology.

Interest of Justice claims the covid [non] vaccines must be fully SUSPENDED so the State can protect the health and safety of the people as well as preserve the public interest pending a full main case and investigation into the legalities and potential or actual harms. We will see what the court thinks and does. We hope the court will act with prudence and responsibility and cease the illegal experiments on the genome quickly rather than drag this out.

This may take some time, these legal processes are not so fast. We filed a precautionary measure last October 2022 and just now finally get to be heard over a year later.

This precautionary measure is basically an injunction placed on the state of Costa Rica to take the toxic experimental product off the market. Our case can and will affect global/international community.

After this hearing, we will have only 15 days to file the main case, which will have a lengthy discussion about the illegalities as well as the detrimental effects of the genetically altering biological substance.

We hope to stop the negative effect of the so called vaccines on the population and also expose the environmental hazards it has caused, including that it affects the DNA or genomic sequencing of mankind! The negative effects can only be stopped by taking it off the market.

Since the onset of the C19 pandemic, IoJ was wary but also very much on alert just like everyone in the world. But as soon as the signs of questionable facts started to arise in the mainstream, we definitely noticed something wasn’t correct.

• Our Health Minister testified the covid vaccines are “investigational”, a word defined by law as meaning “experimental”.

• Its NOT in dispute that covid vaccines are “investigational, and this is a BIG deal.

4/02/2019 FDA - An investigational drug can also be called an experimental drug and is being studied to see if your disease or medical condition improves while taking it. Scientists are trying to prove in clinical trials:

- If the drug is safe and effective.

- How the drug might be used in that disease.

- How much of the drug is needed. (those are the “tolerance” studies to see how much dosing you can “tolerate” before you die”)

- Information about the potential benefits and risks of taking the drug.
