After Many Delays, Our Injunction To Stop Gene Therapy Nuremberg Violations Court Order Is FINALLY Due TODAY
Interest of Justice landmark ‘Crimes Against Humanity’ injunction filed months ago is back on track after a 3 week government vacation for the holidays. The Mengele Vaccination Commission (CNVE) was added to the case at the request of the State of CR and given a 3 day order to reply last month. The slow court finally served the CNVE on Monday. The 3 days is up and the Mengele maniacs at the vaccination commission must answer to our preventative measure BY MIDNIGHT TODAY.
Its a very important case. IOJ seeks to declare the injections as “not vaccines according to legal definitions” and declared as gene therapy which FDA guidance defines as “ as unreasonably safe”, requiring an indefinite moratorium on the genetic experiments.
FDA, CDC and the W.H.O. are about to become co-defendants because Costa Rica testified they rely 100% on FDA, CDC and the WHO in regards to the definition of vaccine and safety data. This is just the preliminary stage, hoping for an injunction up front. This case will ensue a battle for the truth and to define the limits of the health officials authority.
Pray the court gets it right. A LOT is at stake for humanity.

The Annual Davos Meeting 2023 will take place in Davos, Klosters from 16-20 January and President Chaves is officially attending.
Costa Rica has a constitutionally protected right to participatory government & democracy. However, we can assure readers that democracy in Costa Rica is an illusory promise. Despite the Presidents refusal to facilitate actual communication needed for true democracy and participation with our organization on serious issues (forcing us to sue him for breach of duty), Rodrigo Chavez will ironically be speaking in Davos about the future of democracy.
We’re eager to hear what he has to say about democracy considering President Chaves undemocratically refuses to answer any information request or complaint regarding Davos or other issues from IOJ since he got into office 10 months ago.
President Chaves worked at the World Bank for 27 years. The Davos cohorts is all about bankers, admitting to penetrating government cabinets and creating the worlds largest public private partnerships regime. We believe Davos is inherently burdened with the perception of conflicts of interest and blatantly monopolistic tendencies, which is obviously unsustainable.
The Davos syndicate wants to shape the global narrative, and says a pandemic is a small but narrow window to reshape and reset the world. It is worth mentioning that the WHO’s COVID-19 pandemic declaration is pretty handy and critical to Davos implementing the pillars needed to reach the groups long term schemes….
This begs the question: Why did Costa Rica purchase COVID-19 test kits, funded by World Bank way back in in 2017 that still appear on the World Banks website?

UN HRC Appoints 14 Human Rights Violating Nations To Head The UN HRC For 3 Years, including Costa Rica.
14 countries were elected to the Human Rights Council for the 2023-2025 term including Eritrea, Sudan, Somalia, Algeria and Qatar. These, mainly Islamic, countries are currently involved in the genocide of the Orthodox Christian population of Ethiopia.

The top United Nations human rights body started the year with a majority of its members defined as non-democratic countries and many accused of severe rights violations.
Only 14 members elected to the 47-member UN Human Rights Council, based in Geneva, are considered “free” countries by the rights group Freedom House, leaving 70 percent of slots occupied by nations designates as “partly free” or "not free."
“When the world elects regimes like Eritrea, Somalia, China, Cuba, Pakistan, to its highest human rights body, that’s like naming Al Capone and his gang to fight organized crime. It’s a betrayal,” said UN Watch executive director Hillel Neuer in an interview with ILTV.
When such states are elected to the panel, “it’s very hard for the world to take it seriously, and it raises the question, how can they even implement mandates that are positive, like the inquiry created on Iran,” Neuer added, referencing a recently formed probe into unrest in the Islamic Republic sparked by the death in custody of 22-year-old Kurdish-Iranian woman Mahsa Amini.
The Human Rights Council has 47 member states, which are elected to three-year terms by the UN General Assembly through direct and secret ballots.
Countries with questionable human rights records such as Eritrea, Somalia, Sudan, Algeria, Qatar, Cuba, China, Vietnam, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, and Bangladesh are members of the council. And now… Costa Rica Mengele joins them.
