I didn't go for completely voiding the vax yet or asking for all this will lead to - because thats not proper in mandamus and may be too fringe for any Judge to agree to off the bat in a single case - but I asked the court to simply say if the law proved it was prohibited. If yes I asked the court to retain jurisdiction 3 months so I can file further request - and thats when the shit goes down! I would argue there was no emergency. Census records could be pulled on hospitals across the US during the "pandemic" and employees were told to use PTO and go home (employers would have records), in other words, NO patients...then the shots rolled out and illness followed.

If he rules wrong obviously I would appeal - Something tells me this could actually work - then more suits would need to ensue to fully unravel it all, but this case is the biggie and the key that unlocks all the doors! WE ALL NEED IT TO WIN!

It's a great case but assigned to one of the worst judges ever. Boasberg was impeached and should have been removed for abrogating immigration law and trying to stop Trump from deporting criminals. Is he going to be objective (not political)?
Let's find out! This is really hard for any judge to deny because its a written law merely ministerial duty in a mandamus which is ripe and proper. No real wiggle room for the judge to get it wrong. Should be interesting to see - in the end we all going to have to keep faith they wont get away with all this crap!
