In some countries we do give the death sentence to a defendant who murdered one person. But if you murder a couple million, it's perfectly fine. In fact, the people who made this possible get promotions, book deals and will still be in charge with the next super pandemic.
Hopefully this will happen because as a Grandfather I would like to think we leave this world in a better place for our grandkids futures. Not the tyrannical way the world is going / driven.

If we have to resort to Costa Rica's laws to prosecute global crimes against humanity, it is a sign that law and order is a dead man walking.
Three years ago Dr, Reiner Fuellmich of ICIC law spoke of launching a multi-trillion dollar class action suit that would bring justice to bear upon the fiends responsible. (That was the original "Nuremburg 2.0 but Fuellmich disavowed that as a misnomer.) He no longer speaks about that. Indeed litigation has been launched in several countries, each time to have their cases dismissed by the judges.
It seems to me likely that "Mr. Global" would have foreseen litigation and prepared by corrupting judges wholesale. If this is so, we must find other means.

When we prosecute under CR laws remember that the states and WHO UN et al that we are suing AGREED TO GO BY THESE LAWS UNDER INTERNATIONAL TREATIES. They signed to abide by international human rights norms. It’s their own laws, even though codified here in CR! A different structure or system is needed. I feel the statement is too vague and can allow for many loopholes ie) what is WHO rules supposed to mean? It is too vague. The overall statement above seems to need to be restructured so as to truly stop all the corruption that is assaulting humankind.

But remember that the hierarchal structure under international law includes the very, very top of the legal and lawful foodchain: jus cogens norms (which are outside governments scope of authority to regulate). Jus cogens is TOP LAW - such as right to be free of medical and scientific experimentation and right to free expression - to be free of torture and genocide. The problem is they use their own inferior rules and claim they are the superior law and they use that false claim to violate these same rights they have a duty to uphold under jus cogens obligations owed to humanity! But yes - we need to take the power back from these crazy people and governments that think they have rules that allow them to be above us. They are trippin.
