I think he should eliminate FDA and bring what needs to be saved into HHS as I remain unaware of any downsizing at FDA to date. Trump's appointed head of FDA would be in place to coordinate that.
I filed timely in the Register comments that focused on illegality of the Vaccine Committee to initially approve COVID "Vaccine." I made points: Ethics Committee was to be formed to address potential conflicts of interest; to compile list of existing products and protocols that potentially could be used for COVID-19 pandemic; any EUA authority had to come from Ethics Committee. Since the Ethics Committee was not properly created, the Vaccine Committee had no authority to convene to approve the COVID "vaccine," therefore the approval and all that was piled ontop of that is illegal. In addition, the Vaccine committee knew, or should have known, that the mRNA COVID 'Vaccine" they approved was experimental genetic therapy which requires a different committee than the Vaccine committee and that committee would have had the authority to deal with experimental gene therapy, which required different paperwork and different questions and answers that pertained to gene therapy, not "vaccines."
