What happens if the expert witnesses don't get approved to orally testify before the court? And, do you really think it's a good idea to give away your case to the other side? If they cant testify in Amsterdam (They will likely be allowed - pray) then IoJ's cases will fill that void - we were RULED by Costa Rican Appellate court to hear these same experts. In this Dutch case instance - an article letting them know that their own stuff should be on the record isn't a big tip off - its not a full strategy, its only part and its something they cant counter by knowing in advance so its fine to announce.
