Their argument is that laws, human rights and religious beliefs can be violated if there's an emergency!!! But the alleged emergencies of covid19 and Climate Change are not real emergencies! Fraud, deceptions and fear have been used to create the perception of emergencies. So ALL responses to covid19 and Climate Change are unjustified, illegal, unlawful, immoral and unethical. Legal professionals won't go there because that would cost them their career or their lives. That's why the quickest solution is mass non compliance! But that takes courage and sadly most people are cowards, they fear evil authority more than they fear God

Can UN be sued as in "plan to sue them"? (United Nations has immunity from local jurisdiction and cannot be sued in a national court, the organisation has set up an internal justice system (bs) to resolve staff-management disputes, including those that involve disciplinary action).
Yes, but their internal system won't answer the ethics complaints we send repeatedly so that makes it up to a State to protect our rights!
The Supreme Court here told us how to sue an international organization like UN or WHO - they told us to do a "writ of interposition" which acts like a denuncia complaint against international orgs and the public officials. It can be done under precise circumstances to sue WHO/UN - 7 top judges told us so & how to do it!
Its CRITICAL to know UN can be sued for COMMERCIAL activity - we think its all commercial activity despite them trying to call it "donations"
There is NEVER sovereign immunity for commercial activity. Its international law that applies to UN.

Good to know, I like to know too, I knew about the commercial activity, but even so is more complicated than it might at first appear and anyway they
will not be held accountable for anything. there is a world parallel to ours that operates according to other rules, where formation, ascent and fall are based on other considerations. the rest is dust in the eye. I know, it's frustrating, but that's it.
We are in an SDG science diplomacy course now (penetrating the penetrators) with a bunch of diplomats (who say the craziest stuff by the way) so we are seeing the different rules and parallel realities first hand. Everything is just some shady diplomatic deal behind the scenes we cant even know about! Sigh! We are optimists and think we can make dents but the system is definitely rigged and not in our favor. Very frustrating
One day you will go to your elected local government for relief only to find out that they didn’t do too much of anything and they don’t have any means to reverse what an unelected private organization has done. These agendas are of "NGO's" and most of us are totaly reject them. We do not accept to be hypnotized and put to sleep by empty nice fancy words and stories. Their web is too big, too much and too evil. There are no such "sustainable" goals, just a forced push into a global socialist/communist/slavery regime with a one government. Most of the answers can be found in the big ammount of history (too much of information to be learned in a short time is impossible anyway)
