It's so absurd to imagine UN could be reformed to be functional or beneficial... The problem is they do have some good stuff and then the countries get trapped. The countries should just replicate the good parts and ditch the overly expensive and archaic UN... it won't be fast but if they planned a replacement for certain programs it's doable!
