I miss my dad and mom, long ago they left for Heaven. I see next year will be worse than this one, I pray not. Im sorry I don't have an uplifting comment to make but it's hard when all you see is evil thats taken over. I know God is in my life and He protects me, I will continue to pray daily and wait for His return to send all the evil demons back to hell where they belong. Evidently this is a reprint of an article that was written last December, since it says more than once that we are leaving 2024 behind and entering into 2026. Hmm - was 2025 so bad that the author wants to skip it altogether? I can't really blame him/her for that sentiment, but it would possibly behoove all authors to re-read their missives to eliminate such silly mistakes. Other than that, I think this is a lovely piece, and look forward to it being published again next December (as I'm sure it will be). Hopefully next time the dates will be adjusted correctly.

Unfortunately where I live in the country, lighter days mean more idiots are out shooting their guns for fun and doing fireworks because they do not care about the laws. I hate longer days and actually am one of the few people that like the darker days.

I have just finished listening to and singing with a recording of The Messiah. Sang with my Chorale group every Year, and have not been with my Chorale group for over 15 years - not by my design - but today I really started to learn the fullness of the meaning of this glorious piece of music.
Singing those words are so potent now, especially in these times. The who òpiece but esp., the Hallelujah Chorus brings that home. This wonderful composition by Handel and executed by am full Orchestra and joyous Singers brings home that Handel and Nations have faced adversity of major proportions before today, but further achieved so much after their tests and actions they took....
Health and the most postive of achievements are sent to ALL and especially IOJ.

For some reason I thought December 25th is the day we get more daylight.
And the three day's before that are symbolic of Jesus Christ being in the cave for three days.
