Curious, if those telling us what to do have NO oaths to office (their supposed power of position) - where do we opt out of continuing to play this game ?
So the FDA wants to make things more understandable about informed consent!? Makes one want to cry and laugh at the same time when we know this is coming from the self-serving chronic liars who couldn't care less about human subjects or humanity in general; " in accordance with the 21st Century Cures Act" which, undoubtedly, will be used to manipulate and overrule any rights to informed consent; and they couldn't care less about your opinion because they have already made the decisions they have intended to make.

Anyone who believes the FDA is there to enforce any "informed consent" laws or rules hasn't been paying attention. The FDA works for big pharma and big agra. Their only real "job" is to increase profits for these industries WHILE protecting them from the public they harm.
For every "informed consent" rule, there are 50 exceptions and if that fails, they simply issue a "waiver" of any requirement to provide any meaningful informed consent. Turning to pharma to INFORM us is akin to turning to pharma for help with your vaccine injury. The FDA will not protect the public in ANY way, not EVER. It's not their business model to do so.
If you want to be informed READ more. If you want to make sure your "consent" is protected, do NOT comply. If you want to be healthy do the OPPOSITE of what the FDA says you should.

Someone at FDA smells some upcoming legal actions that may be detrimental to their present status quo.

the current approach to the vaccine use and the resulting documentation of side effects apparently has gotten someone's attention.
I am not American and resent strongly their dictates for many reasons.
