The judge was repeating what the Attorney General incorrectly stated: "the appellant continues to fail to COMPLY WITH THE MANDATE of this Tribunal." Poetic justice she was pretty much mocking him verbatim lol lol... because we did comply and we were not even late like the State thought. haha... We don't mind complying or being mandated by the judge to do our parts - we are the sovereign plaintiff. Its our court. There are civil law formalities and the judge is just keeping us on our game.
