It's not that the U.S. has no laws purporting to require informed consent. It's that there are so many exceptions to those laws, that they mean nothing. Government "officials" routinely "waive" our right to be informed or give our consent even when we've found other ways to become informed. They grant themselves personal "ethics waivers" (meaning they no longer have to be ethical;-).
So at some point, there needs to a direct challenge to the enforceability of these "laws" (codes, statutes) which purport to permit exceptions and waivers.

It's not that the U.S. has no laws purporting to require informed consent. It's that there are so many exceptions to those laws, that they mean nothing. Government "officials" routinely "waive" our right to be informed or give our consent even when we've found other ways to become informed. They grant themselves personal "ethics waivers" (meaning they no longer have to be ethical;-).
So at some point, there needs to a direct challenge to the enforceability of these "laws" (codes, statutes) which purport to permit exceptions and waivers.
That is one of the MAIN things we are hiring help for. 1000% agreed! If we don't attack the source they will attack us with their BS loopholes and gaps and discretionary exceptions. NO MORE. Enough is enough! And the "minimal risk" law must be revoked that allows "waivers" to informed consent - are they kidding? This is outrageous!
Exactly! If there is ANY risk, and even if they're claiming "no risk", and no matter WHAT, consent is the requirement for ANYTHING that's going into our bodies, EVER, under ANY circumstance.

Quite right, but it's not just about exceptions to existing laws but the actual reinterpreting and rewriting of laws that may have once been enforceable but no longer are; especially when you have the DOD and so many other complicit and evil actors doing the manipulating and controlling; they stopped being "ethical" a long time ago or, more correctly, have never been ethical in any sense of the term.

Nothing written AFTER-THE-FACT and nothing violating the PRE-EXISTING supreme-over-all-else rights-protective basis of all law in a country CAN be valid, under Constitutional Law. These violations are crimes.
Nobody can legally simply over-write a contract agreed to in one form, to mean something else, in order to claim 'legality' of their aim to dispossess/abuse any/all other parties for their own purposes, and claim that to be 'legal and binding'.
Constitutions and other such rights-protective law is not put into place for any criminal or ignorant person gaining public office/a judiciary position to alter as they please; these are invariably meant to stand forever, to protect against corruption and abuses by those regarding their public office not as a public service position, but as a position to be used for their own purposes and against the interests of the people for which purpose such public office exists and is publicly funded to serve said public - not to be twisted or 're-written' to serve self-interests at - and to - public cost in multiple ways.
The text only matters as it describes and can be used to maintain the democratic rights-protective and government-restraining (to prevent rogue governments doing what they are now, globally, in Lockstep at the behest of private interests) Law of The Land; after-the-fact deletions/re-framing, etc. the text cannot affect the purpose and supremacy of such an document outlining what is to be the basis of ALL Law and applying equally to ALL within it, no matter how wealthy or corrupt.

in any democracy, (self-rule, of/by/for the people, with all equal under rights-protective law) no-one can be permitted to declare themselves - or any others, to be 'above the law' and somehow entitled to abuse the rights of others.
Politicians may be sabotaged/falsely accused for political or other gain, and that's why any hint of corruption must be carefully and transparently reviewed, with all pertinent charges brought by an independent body, on full view to the public, so that justice can be done - and seen to be done.
How we manage this, in countries where ingrained corruption comes down from the top, I, unfortunately, have no idea. But a way must be found, in order to reinstate democracy which, once accepted, is entailed for those to come, forever, and which belongs to ALL citizens, not just a few of the most (unduly) powerful.

Of course a major source of resistance will be the refusal and denial to accept that any form of international law will apply to other nations of the world, regardless of any legal jurisdiction that may be won in Costa Rica; also the all too familiar strategy of defining and interpreting the use of "vaccines" vs. experimental treatments and what authorities and/or powers have the "right" to determine the what and how of their usage; you will never be fighting just court cases but the lies and corruption that have firm roots both historically and to the present day and that in itself presents greater challenges than even Nuremberg ever did.
