Our federal supreme court judges, members of Congress, and other agencies and their staff were exempted from taking the “Franken shots”. It’s laughable is it not that when the courts consider the merits of “state interest” they do not include themselves, other judges, members of Congress, etc. who were exempted from the shot? How can the courts profess to be honest and just when there are still factions of the society (the “Elite”) that are allowed NOT to take the shot? And they upheld the district court's dismissal (which he'd already VACATED for his own admitted conflict of interest/pharma $$ in his pockets) based upon the premise that, even in the face of direct evidence that the vaccine programs are ONLY destroying "public health", the state has an "interest" sufficient to CONTINUE DESTROYING PUBLIC HEATH, i.e., to continue destroying the health of the "collective", and that, even when the plaintiffs HAVE met the burden of proof (that this is in fact what the vaccines are doing) it doesn't matter. So this latest from the 9th is interesting. I guess it's because the defendant was just a college?
We were suing the office of the President of the U.S., on premise that ALL of the vaccine programs come from the executive branch, of which the FDA, CDC, etc., are subsidiaries. The 9th upheld the (now-disqualified) district court judge's outlandishly FALSE premise that the executive branch of the U.S. and it's subordinate agencies have NOTHING to do with the vaccine programs in America. Never mind that they CREATED these programs, fund these programs, mandate these programs, supply these programs, promote the vaccine programs, "of which the Plaintiff's have complained" etc..
Yeah sure, the executive branch and it's agencies have NOTHING to do with any of it. And with that, the lawsuit was dismissed. And at SCOTUS we got crickets, EVEN when we confronted them with direct evidence that they were ALL required to RECUSE/DISQUALIFY themselves because of their own pharma conflicts of interest. The Federal Rules required them to appoint an UNconflicted panel to look at the case, but they violated their own rules on our case.
ALL of the SCOTUS Justices are conflicted by $$$ and other direct interests. And top this off with the fact that Roberts, the chief justice (lowercase is intentional;-) is on Epstein's flight log to the child-rape (and torture/murder) island. Where do you turn when the highest court in the land is so FULLY corrupted? Without a CIVIL remedy, what is left to us?

We think you hit the nail on the head by surmising that suing the President for it is much harder than suing a college defendant! All we know is US courts have better rules than a lot of courts BUT they also are rigged as hell in most instances! Aggravating as hell when you are right and the courts deny you onlyto change positions later.
Another thing is the civil cases need to be set up in a way that does not presume criminality PRIOR to a criminal ruling (unless criminal court to try to convict).
Its going too fast and skipping steps like Joe Sansone trying to make De Santis have a duty to stop bioweapon crimes that he wont take to criminal court under bioweapons laws - so Joe is rightfully seen by the courts as presuming facts not in evidence and the case is rightfully tossed - AT THIS TIME - until or unless someone lines up the case to create a real duty - how? By proving its a crime and NOT a health product. Not an easy job.
Its what we are working on, is the step by step method to get to the results. This Ninth Circuit ruling helps to clarify it could never justifiably be mandated. Maybe you can reopen the case and simplify the issues? Arguing the President has the duty to stop the shots because FDA and such are subsidiaries is going against the wrong person to allege they have a duty that they really don't have, like Sansone's incorrect case that can NEVER win. We like Joe a lot, but law is law and it must be correct if it is to be effective.
The FDA and DoD are the ones to sue for the authorizations you need to revoke in USA, and also sue anyone else directly involved in your case.... not Biden.

So I'm reluctant to accept that a "legal mistake" was the actual reason that due process (even getting to the presentation evidence which firmly proved standing) was denied, when the denial was supported only by the outright LIE that the office of the executive (and its subordinate agencies) have NOTHING to do with the vaccine programs in America. Coupled with this absurdity, is that the district judge who first dismissed our case then vacated his order of dismissal AND disqualified himself from the case on grounds that he was highly conflicted.
Having the 9th Circuit ignore the fact he had vacated his own dismissal order and ignore the reasons he'd done so, in order to "uphold" an order that had ALREADY BEEN VACATED, further supports my position that this was not a "legal mistake" on our part, but rather, an extreme example of an incredibly high level or CORRUPTION in our courts.

The 9th upheld the (now-disqualified) district court judge's outlandishly FALSE premise that the executive branch of the U.S. and it's subordinate agencies have NOTHING to do with the vaccine programs in America. Never mind that they CREATED these programs, fund these programs, mandate these programs, supply these programs, promote the vaccine programs, "of which the Plaintiff's have complained" etc..
Yeah sure, the executive branch and it's agencies have NOTHING to do with any of it. And with that, the lawsuit was dismissed. And at SCOTUS we got crickets, EVEN when we confronted them with direct evidence that they were ALL required to RECUSE/DISQUALIFY themselves because of their own pharma conflicts of interest. The Federal Rules required them to appoint an UNconflicted panel to look at the case, but they violated their own rules on our case.
ALL of the SCOTUS Justices are conflicted by $$$ and other direct interests. And top this off with the fact that Roberts, the chief justice (lowercase is intentional;-) is on Epstein's flight log to the child-rape (and torture/murder) island. Where do you turn when the highest court in the land is so FULLY corrupted? Without a CIVIL remedy, what is left to us?
So interesting Joy about them forcing the vax to come into court and now saying it was not a compelling public interest to mandate. Go figure!
We think you hit the nail on the head by surmising that suing the President for it is much harder than suing a college defendant! All we know is US courts have better rules than a lot of courts BUT they also are rigged as hell in most instances! Aggravating as hell when you are right and the courts deny you onlyto change positions later.
Another thing is the civil cases need to be set up in a way that does not presume criminality PRIOR to a criminal ruling (unless criminal court to try to convict).
Its going too fast and skipping steps like Joe Sansone trying to make De Santis have a duty to stop bioweapon crimes that he wont take to criminal court under bioweapons laws - so Joe is rightfully seen by the courts as presuming facts not in evidence and the case is rightfully tossed - AT THIS TIME - until or unless someone lines up the case to create a real duty - how? By proving its a crime and NOT a health product. Not an easy job.
Its what we are working on, is the step by step method to get to the results. This Ninth Circuit ruling helps to clarify it could never justifiably be mandated. Maybe you can reopen the case and simplify the issues? Arguing the President has the duty to stop the shots because FDA and such are subsidiaries is going against the wrong person to allege they have a duty that they really don't have, like Sansone's incorrect case that can NEVER win. We like Joe a lot, but law is law and it must be correct if it is to be effective.
The FDA and DoD are the ones to sue for the authorizations you need to revoke in USA, and also sue anyone else directly involved in your case.... not Biden.
and WHO could be held responsible, but they need very specific things to get past their immunity - which we think we have.

We have lost over and over and over and over - only to restructure our cases and redo - each time we learn something we did wrong and we won 4x in Supreme Court against our health Minister by not giving up when we made small or large legal errors. Keep going!
It's a system that is rotten to the CORE now.
So I'm reluctant to accept that a "legal mistake" was the actual reason that due process (even getting to the presentation evidence which firmly proved standing) was denied, when the denial was supported only by the outright LIE that the office of the executive (and its subordinate agencies) have NOTHING to do with the vaccine programs in America. Coupled with this absurdity, is that the district judge who first dismissed our case then vacated his order of dismissal AND disqualified himself from the case on grounds that he was highly conflicted.
Having the 9th Circuit ignore the fact he had vacated his own dismissal order and ignore the reasons he'd done so, in order to "uphold" an order that had ALREADY BEEN VACATED, further supports my position that this was not a "legal mistake" on our part, but rather, an extreme example of an incredibly high level or CORRUPTION in our courts.
