They said we had a decent case but some issues were moot due to how long ago the case was filed & due to our imprecise wording when we filed boxing us in. They are sending us to redo it as main case.
But, I can't say I'm that surprised. They have the answer before the case is heard. That is what the imbalance of power dictates and that, at the moment, rules how the world operates.
But, you have staked a claim for the virtuous and no good deed is ever wasted. Never ever.
Thank you also, this is just the beginning, we got to finally have some closure on this particular action. It was an injunction and wasn't ruled on the merits, so we now have a better understanding of the governments stance in the matter. When the big case comes, we are now way more prepared. You knew they were never going to hand it to you on a plate - your going to have to fight like hell legally.
All is not lost, you can go back & redo it as the Judge asked. I've had a tiny bit of experience with Judges & you have to provide the Judge with everything he needs to rule for you in such a way that his ruling (for you) is watertight & the other losing side cant appeal because there are flaws with the judgement.
You really need to get the BEST legal minds on this - tighten it up as tight as a knot, don't give up, your getting so close

The lady judges voice cracked and she looked sad when she was talking about experimentation with no informed consent. She insisted it couldn't be heard here and only in a main case! Their own families are affected. At some point we will wear them down - they are only human. All humans have a heart somewhere in there!
Yes that's the thing....the judiciary the military, the medical staff and those in power pushing all the measures and pushing the experimental on everyone realise sooner or later the implications it has on themselves.

The judge most likely has MASSIVE pharma stocks. They all do. Require him (formally) to disclose his financial holdings. All judges are required to disclose (voluntarily) their conflicts, and to take NO ACTIONS on a case where they have conflicts. Judges NEVER follow the law. File a paper with the clerk of the court to get the financials. Then file a motion to recuse. And with the next judge, START with the disclosure request from the clerk of the court. Don't let the next judge drag things out AGAIN.

When a judge tells you what or how to do your case, the are derailing you and sending you in a tangent. Maybe focus on educating the public and raising the alarm with the people. Prepare concise and easy to understand handout to give out on the street and tell people what is happening from censorship to the gov propaganda to make people believe is a vaccine. Explain the technology it is and what it can do.
Explain that the governments have created commercial routes they can regulate under interstate clauses. Schools, health, employment, are all interstate commercial routes. If the gov funds it in anyway, it is interstate commercial route. We need to get people to see we must avoid those routes at all cost , excercise our rights to be self suficient and not depend on the gov for anything by homeschooling our children and find ways to work independently in order to avoid the commercial routes controlled by gov. Even religion if registered with gov are considered State charted. So people need to see that and leave those corporation and form their own unincorporated assembly of people to worship God just like the Bible says anyway.
Agreed with the concept of taking to the streets and educating people but then UN Army NATO has guns and helicopters... We will need to win legal actions because only a court has police force to enforce judgments and protect us from such an imbalance of power. What will our flyers do against UN "Peacekeeping" or NATO Army's?
*** We have been given GOLD by judges before which told us precisely how to properly fix our case - including Supreme Court here told us the only action in the State that could possibly allow a lawsuit against "sovereign immune" WHO - the 7 panel highest court explained: "even more appropriate than an action of unconstitutionality is a writ of interposition which acts as a denuncia against the international organizations and public officials". A writ of interposition is not known in the law - its unwritten so we would never have learned it if judges did not help us. Attorneys never even heard of it and were shocked it exists. If the injections are purposefully democidal, they are unlikely to be experimental, although it's known that each batch has been different, so with proper tracking, some of them could be experimental as well as harmful/lethal.
Steve Kirsch reported the other day that the FDA must take a "vaccine" off the market, and people can sue the manufacturers:
What's use of eliminating a single "vaccine," when dozens of new ones are in the works and considering the "mandatory" childhood ones, it's only a question of time when new injections will be mandated.
Kirsch is also wrong, when he is calling for a class action lawsuit. Specific people, not companies must be made responsible. Fat chance.

I think you are right. Just this week I talked at length to a guy who only had two shots. This is a very educated worldly & astute man of most everything. Two children are PAs at a major hospital. I attempted to inform him of various aspects of the coverup, he seemed to get anxious and angrily replied, “I’ve been too busy, and it wasn’t on my radar”! I’m afraid that similar reply is how and why we are where we are. People were very busy with life and trusted the authorities. Now, to wholly grasp the full picture is more than most can stomach it seems. Yet, we know this is precisely the reason it goes unpunished and lingers adding to the harms. This seems to be the most elaborate orchestrated terror of this scale ever to happen in the world. We can only keep hoping, praying and trying to bring light.
It really starts to “touch home”. Two kids very closely involved being PAs. Then there is the thought “ could my own health have been damaged” or my kids health damaged? He and I did discuss how as kids we only got 3-4 shots total, and didn’t recall any kids that had Autism. I explained to him there are 72 shots for kids more or less mandated up until 18 and pediatricians are paid well to give them. He seemed to clam up on that too. Part of it seems to be is that ppl feel helpless “what to do about it”?? I read today “working at the “local level” is the most effective to make change. In school boards is a great place.

Explaining who I was and saying you may not remember me " he laughed and said " theres some you don't forget". It took so so much effort to even speak with him from my written down proposed conversation with him.
Later somehow sent lists of Drs visits and other printed on INternet information and some of my list , through tpo the Health Ombudsman who told me I was too late to make a Complaint, I somehow got to their office and they came into the large foyer and said NO, I retorted in a loud voice " how can I when I cannot explain to anyone else so they can help me to make a lodgement , and my brain and body is so badly affected that I am incoherent and laying on my bed and getting a bowl of baby cereal for a meal is massive effort and my sons are struggling in their I'nal careers and I would never ask them in the circumstances to come back to Oz.
Finally they took my complaint and after one rejection, I rested up for weeks then took it back and said APPEAL, a young Health Commission employee scanned some of the documents and said this is terrible-lodged for Appeal.
The reply to that Appeal was "YOU KNEW what the illness was" words near enough to that. Eventually after a World Expert saw my eldest son and I, I was TOTALLY FORCED TO be my our Doctor, student of health, treatments, Pharmacist, never ending Researcher to this very day-now there is so much information by researchers coming through, emotional support as my sons very promising International Careers were wrecked. My business and home GONE.
Yet I still donated to IOJ and others stand idly by in many places.

I am wondering if you are considering Veronica Evans' suggestions in her comment at https://interestofjustice.substack.com/p/watch-todays-court-ordered-nuremberg/comment/43351956 , where she suggests you reach out to Katherine Watt (paralegal researcher and analyst) and Sasha Latypova (former Pfizer clinical trials director), who determined that it is the Department of Defence (DOD) (not the pharmaceutical manufacturers, nor the CDC and FDA), who is controlling the development, manufacture and distribution of the Covid-19 mRNA injection products, under the government's Other Transaction Authority (OTA) which the military uses to develop weapons. The OTA does not require weapons to be tested for safety nor to even work. Veronica Evans also suggests that you consider contacting Professor Francis Boyle, the attorney who drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989. Professor Boyle is still active in opposing the Covid-19 injection products and in suggesting ways of shutting down their production and use.

The court denied Pfizer's and the FDA's request to not release those documents for 75 years.

I think you are right. Just this week I talked at length to a guy who only had two shots. This is a very educated worldly & astute man of most everything. Two children are PAs at a major hospital. I attempted to inform him of various aspects of the coverup, he seemed to get anxious and angrily replied, “I’ve been too busy, and it wasn’t on my radar”! I’m afraid that similar reply is how and why we are where we are. People were very busy with life and trusted the authorities. Now, to wholly grasp the full picture is more than most can stomach it seems. Yet, we know this is precisely the reason it goes unpunished and lingers adding to the harms. This seems to be the most elaborate orchestrated terror of this scale ever to happen in the world. We can only keep hoping, praying and trying to bring light.

It really starts to “touch home”. Two kids very closely involved being PAs. Then there is the thought “ could my own health have been damaged” or my kids health damaged? He and I did discuss how as kids we only got 3-4 shots total, and didn’t recall any kids that had Autism. I explained to him there are 72 shots for kids more or less mandated up until 18 and pediatricians are paid well to give them. He seemed to clam up on that too. Part of it seems to be is that ppl feel helpless “what to do about it”?? I read today “working at the “local level” is the most effective to make change. In school boards is a great place.

He also has two young grandchildren and is very much a “family” man. Interestingly, he left our govt years ago from a high position due to big changes when Obummer came in that he and other Sr officials (who many left also), didn’t like since they involved a high degree of changes in ideology they didn’t agree with nor had practiced in the prior 25 years. It would be great if he could become a warrior in all this & involved in putting up a fight for the future sake of his children & grands, but is too involved in enjoying his later years. I imagine because of bringing up all this “bad news” to him, he probably will not want to speak to me again anytime soon. For many reasons ppl just don’t want to deal with the realities of all this and it is maddening.

You mention removing mRNA - DO YOU MEAN ALL mRNA? as science is already using this unproven method and have plans for using mRNA in so many product. There are groups who are most concerned at thi area of DNA/mRNA being exploited.
mRNA is still experimental gene therapy - totally dangerous and they are so insane they want to put it in food, air, vax, etc. Thats not really wise or legal. The next case will be filed as soon as its built out with the experts and attorney! Just praying we can push it through
Believe you me, it is ALREADY in the air - being a INvoluntary Lab rat in Australia late 1980s, as were my sons (we were under much stress at that time - not our fault - and started having chronic fatigue and many of what are now occurring in the jabbed - variety of illnesses, but there was NO knowledge or diagnosis of "Auto Immune Disorder" until say until 2010+, so a lot of the Lab rats were labelled finally with Thyroid problems, of course we were THE Blood tests showed that gland fighting to do its job, so we were made far worse with the Medical World treating Thyroid as THE cause of ill health.
I remember being told by a Dr whispering that there had been a large meeting for Drs with TV attending, as so many patients had lodged Legal Actions against individual Doctors-this was the Year 2000.
I was laughed at by the "top" legal person I went to as I apologised for not replying for months to a basic request. Explaining who I was and saying you may not remember me " he laughed and said " theres some you don't forget". It took so so much effort to even speak with him from my written down proposed conversation with him.
Later somehow sent lists of Drs visits and other printed on INternet information and some of my list , through tpo the Health Ombudsman who told me I was too late to make a Complaint, I somehow got to their office and they came into the large foyer and said NO, I retorted in a loud voice " how can I when I cannot explain to anyone else so they can help me to make a lodgement , and my brain and body is so badly affected that I am incoherent and laying on my bed and getting a bowl of baby cereal for a meal is massive effort and my sons are struggling in their I'nal careers and I would never ask them in the circumstances to come back to Oz.
Finally they took my complaint and after one rejection, I rested up for weeks then took it back and said APPEAL, a young Health Commission employee scanned some of the documents and said this is terrible-lodged for Appeal.
The reply to that Appeal was "YOU KNEW what the illness was" words near enough to that. Eventually after a World Expert saw my eldest son and I, I was TOTALLY FORCED TO be my our Doctor, student of health, treatments, Pharmacist, never ending Researcher to this very day-now there is so much information by researchers coming through, emotional support as my sons very promising International Careers were wrecked. My business and home GONE.
Yet I still donated to IOJ and others stand idly by in many places.
Despite having done ones bit in so many ways in the community etc., now suffering all this and still helping others, and losing ...
THE BUCK STOPS HERE and all people need to stop criticising others and take ACTION to form interacting Communities' and other.
I did finally have THE correct Diagnosis in late 2015 and the Dr wrote in my CLinical Notes "Deirdre insists she has Systemic Candidiasis .... given - it won't do her any harm". I told him the 65 year old Med needed and took........
That Dr used to write his own personal notes from what I said so as to help his wife. and others. Once he said "Your always one step ahead of me" and I was the brain addled patient"
Many Dr congratulated me and asked what I was doing. NO mention of Auto Immune despite the all over body health complaints.
Books could be written about this but....
I write the above as so many people think THIS PLANDEMIC is the only time that The People have been unwittingly taken down.
