By recognizing (empowering) that venue of law one becomes legally obligated to abide by the court's authority and whatever rulings (judgments) they impose upon you as a recognized (self-acknowledged) equal party to the process. Are you willing to do that? Are you willing to lower (degrade) you status in law as an 'equal party' to the W.H.O.? What if the judgment handed down is not in your favor? Are you willing to live with whatever demands and constraints an (overwhelmingly likely) evil judge may demand of you?

The issue here - at least in part - is that proper legal parlance and protocol are critical especially in international venues. All things considered and for all the reasons I've cited previously, I believe you're position is untenable and that you are playing with fire.
Besides, the end purpose of what you're trying to do has already been done at the state level.

Case in point: Tennessee, Louisiana, Oklahoma and the Republic of Costa Rica have all now (past tense) officially NEUTERED the W.H.O. and more states and countries will be following their lead in the days to come. As for whatever provisions might prevail in the case of citizens of the aforesaid jurisdictions traveling abroad, that is just not clear. And surely that's a valid concern.

Can’t your President just override the states with an Executive Order?
A president can do whatever he wants or whatever he thinks he can do regarding ordering any individual state(s). Whether or not the state will comply is another story altogether. Of course the Biden Regime is a criminal and treasonous takeover of America which has no de jure, constitutionally granted authority and which more state citizens are coming to understand everyday.
