I would say the first step is to look after our spiritual, mental, and physical health. The basic practice for me has been meditation which I have now been doing daily for 50 years. For life in the world the best advice I can give is to do everything possible to get out of and stay out of debt. That's how "they" attack and enslave us. Any amount of privation is preferable to debt, even living in a tent in the woods if necessary, though, praise God, my wife and I live in a little mortgage-free stone cottage in a small town that I rehabbed myself. Finally, stay fit. Don't get vaccinated for anything. Stay close to friends and families. Work hard. Give to those in need.
