Last week on redacted a judge was explaining that if a citizen cannot determine if a company is censoring or the state is censoring a court can rule that the corporation is a state actor and there for fall under the rule of the first amendment and therefore is restricted also in violating the first amendment. Has Mark Zuckerberg admitted as much that FB was a state actor?
