Dear Interest of Justice ,I understand that fighting the Beast costs money and I feel guilty for being a freeloader not donating when I comment .Recently I did have some problems in court for eight month ,after I attempted to correct a matter related to the ever present Whyrusses .It took a good part of my savings to win .Shortly after my place was broken into and my last savings I had in a box in the bedroom was taken ,together with most anything of value .They came with tools and drilled out the door locks ,while I was away .So now at 88 all there is left is my 1300$ pension per month .The rent is 2100$ a month .I give all the pension to my wife to help pay the rent and living expense .She is much younger than me and still working ,looking after everything .I feel I can't ask her to pay for the donation I'm unable to pay .She is already doing so much for me . So now I hang on as a freeloader .I hope I did not learn bad habits from the ever present migrants .

Mostly, in order to help Florida stop the shots, we think its important that Dr Joe knows it was his burden of proof and his obligation to explain in detail with evidence why he thinks mandamus is correct and precisely how he exhausted ALL other Florida court remedies, and therefore he has no other legal remedies available to him. That had to be in the original filing document.

We checked and its not a bad thing, Supreme Court simply sent it to Circuit Court where the law says has the jurisdiction to file a mandamus. Its being treated as if it was originally filed in Circuit Court. The law has a list of remedies to exhaust - its all written. They tell us where it is but we need to look : )
Bright side is those same rules which feel restrictive to many pro se litigants can be used to our advantage. It looks like this new Circuit court could be used for compelling a real trial on the merits if Dr Joe wanted to do some tricky pro se moves with the rules of the court and try to structure it for oral hearings to settle facts. Rules and laws are AWESOME, if we look there are ways to use it to our advantage

Knowing very little about court cases, I had a gut feeling about the writ being filed. I felt it was not the right thing to file. I'm very sorry that I was, sorta, correct.
Mandamus is literally the hardest action to win, however, we agree with Dr Joe, Its always best to try something to put light on the subject. We say its great to try jumping into the legal battle if passionate like Dr Joe because if you don't try you'll never be whole - and you learn and get clues by trying and studying. Its how we learned - trial and error. Expecting to get it perfect on first try when no attorney on Earth has won this riddle yet is crazy and overly optimistic, but we gotta try and be persistent to redo it as many times as needed to get it right, or we will never get anywhere.

Dr. Joe is now in the Circuit Court with ability to do motions that SC cant do. Circuit Court says: "The mission of the Second Judicial Circuit is to protect rights and liberties, uphold & interpret the law, and provide for the peaceful resolution of disputes in the six counties of the circuit."
We would rather be there than Supreme Court because of their highly detailed bad ass rules of procedure.
In our opinion, and why we wrote the article - is if Dr. Joe studies and kicks ass up front knowing these rules of this new court, there are MANY tricks he can use to expand from Mandamus into trial and kick their ass - but the rules will need to be known and USED. This case was remanded to a District Court for fact-finding, something the FL Supreme Court can’t do on its own. This is great news. They could have simply thrown it out, which is exactly what they DIDN’T do.
Why the hit-piece against a fellow Justice Warrior? Why would this inspire me to donate to your cause? You basically try to make all the arguments for the courts and DeSantis to NOT do the right thing. Who, in this movement, would do something like that?

I believe that the job of the Circuit Court, in this case, is to hear the “fact-finding” portion of this case. Evidence and witnesses may now be brought to light. This is truly great news, yet you somehow twist it into a negative. What is to be gained by this article? I see no value here, other than a self-aggrandized “I’m the smartest person in the room” statement. It reeks more of jealousy than advice. BTW, this is not an invitation to double-down, and list all of the ways that the court can do the wrong thing. If you go down that road, the only outcome is the destruction of this movement.

Dear Interest of Justice ,I understand that fighting the Beast costs money and I feel guilty for being a freeloader not donating when I comment .Recently I did have some problems in court for eight month ,after I attempted to correct a matter related to the ever present Whyrusses .It took a good part of my savings to win .Shortly after my place was broken into and my last savings I had in a box in the bedroom was taken ,together with most anything of value .They came with tools and drilled out the door locks ,while I was away .So now at 88 all there is left is my 1300$ pension per month .The rent is 2100$ a month .I give all the pension to my wife to help pay the rent and living expense .She is much younger than me and still working ,looking after everything .I feel I can't ask her to pay for the donation I'm unable to pay .She is already doing so much for me . So now I hang on as a freeloader .I hope I did not learn bad habits from the ever present migrants .

Mostly, in order to help Florida stop the shots, we think its important that Dr Joe knows it was his burden of proof and his obligation to explain in detail with evidence why he thinks mandamus is correct and precisely how he exhausted ALL other Florida court remedies, and therefore he has no other legal remedies available to him. That had to be in the original filing document.
I think they dont want to touch this , want to throw it back to circuit court and will say all other legal remedies were not exhausted, BUT THEY NEVER TELL YOU WHAT THEY ARE , because they hate pro per and pro se litigants ? What do you all think ?

We checked and its not a bad thing, Supreme Court simply sent it to Circuit Court where the law says has the jurisdiction to file a mandamus. Its being treated as if it was originally filed in Circuit Court. The law has a list of remedies to exhaust - its all written. They tell us where it is but we need to look : )
Bright side is those same rules which feel restrictive to many pro se litigants can be used to our advantage. It looks like this new Circuit court could be used for compelling a real trial on the merits if Dr Joe wanted to do some tricky pro se moves with the rules of the court and try to structure it for oral hearings to settle facts. Rules and laws are AWESOME, if we look there are ways to use it to our advantage

Knowing very little about court cases, I had a gut feeling about the writ being filed. I felt it was not the right thing to file. I'm very sorry that I was, sorta, correct.
Mandamus is literally the hardest action to win, however, we agree with Dr Joe, Its always best to try something to put light on the subject. We say its great to try jumping into the legal battle if passionate like Dr Joe because if you don't try you'll never be whole - and you learn and get clues by trying and studying. Its how we learned - trial and error. Expecting to get it perfect on first try when no attorney on Earth has won this riddle yet is crazy and overly optimistic, but we gotta try and be persistent to redo it as many times as needed to get it right, or we will never get anywhere.

So in essence, the courts tie up cases with as much nonsensical preliminary BS as possible before moving forward.
lol we hear you! Its just the procedure - Mandamus has a very particular procedure because it is "extraordinary" writ. Apparently Supreme Court does not have the power and sent it to the correct court to see what the other court wants to do with it. Happens to us all the time : ). Pray!

I know this is discouraging, but every time another attempt to bring about reform is shunted out of the way, another large chink falls off of their scaly reptilian armor. The tide is changing due to intrepid warriors like Joe Sansone. America is not doomed. As a matter of fact, the sleeping giant is re-awakening. Dr. Sansone's efforts are not in vain, but at the top of the rising tide. We have only begun to fight!
Clifford, this was not discouraging at all. It was actually a moderately positive decision at this juncture.

Dr. Joe is now in the Circuit Court with ability to do motions that SC cant do. Circuit Court says: "The mission of the Second Judicial Circuit is to protect rights and liberties, uphold & interpret the law, and provide for the peaceful resolution of disputes in the six counties of the circuit."
We would rather be there than Supreme Court because of their highly detailed bad ass rules of procedure.
In our opinion, and why we wrote the article - is if Dr. Joe studies and kicks ass up front knowing these rules of this new court, there are MANY tricks he can use to expand from Mandamus into trial and kick their ass - but the rules will need to be known and USED. Its always exciting to see pro se people take on things others wont do - we aim to guide the process to the best result for Dr Joe and humanity so HIGHLY SUGGEST the rules of court are used fully and frequently : ).
Nothing discouraging at all - opportunity is now open - if used to full advantage - by knowing and using the rules of the game in that particular court!
We have ideas how we would proceed and bitch slap De Santis up a wall and in particular we would bring in FDA & Ladapo as witnesses (hint hint)

This case was remanded to a District Court for fact-finding, something the FL Supreme Court can’t do on its own. This is great news. They could have simply thrown it out, which is exactly what they DIDN’T do.
Why the hit-piece against a fellow Justice Warrior? Why would this inspire me to donate to your cause? You basically try to make all the arguments for the courts and DeSantis to NOT do the right thing. Who, in this movement, would do something like that?

Or is it an IOJ law and civics institute lesson in how Dr Joe has homework to do in Circuit Court? Did we give the Florida Mandamus rules in the new court and what any litigant to do to pass? Law is REALLY tricky - you don't have to donate to our case because we gave real law why the court CANT grant it as is, and act like we " try to make all the arguments for the courts and DeSantis to NOT do the right thing". Where did you come up with this? Well, thats not true. Its just an article to help Joe and humanity trying these actions precisely how a mandamus works. Its how law works. We TEACH law to students so they can be EFFECTIVE when fighting huge fights like this. We got flack for this from our own team which is absurd, since we are free humans who have a valid view and mission to teach law.

Who, in this movement, supporting justice actions would do that to us, a serious legal team, and say we cant get support for lawsuits unless we publicly cow toe to what you wish to hear? Lawsuits need support so go ahead and choose wisely where you put your $ for justice.

1. Is it your lane to give lessons in law and civics? Someone thinks awfully highly of themselves.
2. Law is “tricky”, as you learned in Costa Rica recently. Yet, nobody in this movement wrote an article, disparaging your efforts. This is exactly what always happens in these movements… one party begins to believe their own BS, and the next thing you know, the movement is blowing up and derailing. Let’s STOP that right here and now. Your article, and these comments offer no positive advancement of this movement.
3. Your article really doesn’t offer any clarification on how a mandamus works, or doesn’t work. I believe that the job of the Circuit Court, in this case, is to hear the “fact-finding” portion of this case. Evidence and witnesses may now be brought to light. This is truly great news, yet you somehow twist it into a negative. What is to be gained by this article? I see no value here, other than a self-aggrandized “I’m the smartest person in the room” statement. It reeks more of jealousy than advice. BTW, this is not an invitation to double-down, and list all of the ways that the court can do the wrong thing. If you go down that road, the only outcome is the destruction of this movement.
4. If you got “flack” from your own team over this, it’s because your article is absurd, not because they are.
5. Nothing I have written threatens you, nor did I threaten to not support Drs. Mihalcea or Yeadon. Making that connection is like saying that you own them.
6. I’m really confused on this one. As a supporter of yours, I have watched many interviews of/with you, and repeatedly, you state that you are pro se litigants, in need of pro bono, or affordable, attorneys. But, here you claim to be offering pro bono legal services?! Which is it?
7. I’ve never indicated that I want you to lie, or to make claims about what the court can, or cannot, do. I think the bigger question is “What will the court do?”, not what CAN they do. That’s why Dr. Sansone noted (and has for months) that if they kick it out over some BS procedural issue, he merely has to refile it with the corrections. Yet, even this topic, you attempt to rewrite the meaning of. To what end?
8. Cow-Tow? Really? I think everyone knows that people who donate money for causes are doing so because they support not just the cause, but the direction of the people they are donating to, in order to accomplish the stated goals.
9. As the president of a FL Political Committee, I am in the process of setting up a campaign to help this movement, along with many other issues. I am always critically vetting to whom these funds will benefit. So, I agree with you, everyone needs to choose wisely where they put their $ for justice.
