Still waiting on the WHO's post-mortem on the global coordinated C-19 response along with all the other plandemics and vaccination schemes they have been involved in. But I guess that depends on your perspective - did these actions accomplish their goals - if it was increasing morbidity and mortality - then yes the WHO Cabal was and continues to be very effective- just think how much more effective they would be if we gave them more control and every nation joined in to promote the enslavement of the world.
