Your missive here is totally justified!! The comparisons between yourselves and the American legal approach is self evident.
Many years ago I wrote to an American group, saying "Americans worship daily at the Altar of the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR". This is not sarcasm but a statement to hopefully wake this sadly money obsessed Country up.
America is so much the root of the evil that has and is permeating into all levels of and areas in OUR World. They have so so much to answer for and desperately need to attend to their own housekeeping and disasters they have and are perpetrating onto humanity.
Money and war is seen as the solution by the USA. Their ways are NOT right, and the World is fed up with them being forced on it- that has been true for a long, long time.
IOJ , I am sure many people in the World who have tried but never had true Justice, despite paying dearly for legal "help" because of the Legal world being so obsessed and arrogant about their little World and charging ridiculous amounts , while protecting an inadequate system that has and is long overdue to very close examination and restructure, also Practitioners in the legal worl can be ignorant and too lazy to KNOW the Law, and the client pays for that ignorance too.
I always remember an Australian legal employed by a "leading" Sydney law firm, Henry Davis York, who, when I pointed out a glaring basic error in my purchase of a piece of land, said "all care given NO responsibility taken, we can take that case to Court for you" to me a cheap, cheap person who was a low class opportunist in short a criminal. He was a friend who lived in the same Sydney suburb.
I learnt my lesson early and have done my own legal work since that time. The few times I was forced to consult a legal person they were bona fide legals.
But Interest of Justice are TRUE LAWYERS and I urge people to contribute to IOJ in this battle for humanity. Their personal qualities are exemplary and shine through in their work.
