Pharmaceutical products, whether or not so classified, contain materials the formulae for which were chosen. There are no components not explicitly chosen or implicitly allowed as a consequence of other choices made.
In numerous cases, where the designers faced a choice & made one, I can show that the choice made is not one which takes us towards the claimed therapeutic objective, but unquestionably creates a predictable toxicity. I have numerous, independently add examples.

This is a holocaust with thousands and thousands of dead bodies piling up in the trial and then FDA tried tried to hide the "proprietary and confidential" death toll for 75 years. Its not looking good. Your point is well taken that they had to make a choice and chose the path of predictive toxicity. We keep going back to the fact they know self antigens creates auto immune like disease but then WHO and CDC, etc call "self antigen" reactions a vaccine, knowing its a path to a destroyed immune system.
