We don't use legaleeze double speak so hopefully we can get the judge to face reality. We have won cases other attorneys lost, so we have a lot of faith. States have the right to take decisions to maintain and respect their sovereignty. if they do not do it through their elected or appointed representatives, this is the problem of each state, it is related to the violation of the right to conclude a treaty which, if it is null, this can only be established by the court.
The proof of the bad faith of the other party, of who, of its intention to deceive its partner, from any of the countries, leads to the annulment of the respective treaty. the damaged state can also invoke the corruption of the signatory, this corruption as vitiating his consent, for the annulment of the treaty (our health minister is a former who's employee) . but which state and what is the state today and where does it still exist... I don't know how it will get out or if it will ever get out of this mess that some corrupt bastards, with their "power", who have nothing in common with the population, with countrie's real interests or reality are bringing on us...

There she methodically lists Laws passed over years in USA Congress.
READ even a few of those "new/replacement" Laws? and you can begin to understand why people have been unable to take action earlier on.
