The only way to get out of the WHO is for the President of the US to write a letter of withdrawal and there is a 12 month waiting period in which time the US is required to pay their dues. Trump tried to defund them and Congress can defund them that does not get the US out of the WHO. Now lets assume the House could get us out of the WHO (which they cannot) do you really think the Senate will pass the bill? I saw an overgrown sign as a child of around 8 years old. It said, "Get US out of the UN." I asked my parents what the UN was. They explained it to me. I said something about not needing people in other countries to run our country.
