Have I mentioned recently that I love you guys? And I wish I had money and could send more than my heartfelt gratitude and deepest respect...

Thanks Dorothy! All support is the wind in our sails! That includes shares, comments, love and financial support - its all positive energy and it ALL means the world to us on this journey to justice! The funds are just to ensure the bills are paid and we HATE having to ask month after month but we are a true non profit and its how the job gets done. We all can only give what we have (including us) and every little gesture of support helps IOJs mission of justice so much! We just keep faith every month and somehow with everyones support little by little we are still here acting at the tip of the spear as a thorn in the side of tyranny - which we give thanks to everyone for the support and for the opportunity to be of service! We give gratitude, respect, love and appreciation to you and everyone in this movement too! Hugs!

I have sent 8 mails to our Prime Minister, Alexander de Croo and our minister of Health, Frank Vandenbroucke with questions. 'Will you follow the WHO IHR and Pandemic Treaty in Belgium? Are you aware that the people who vote for us in this matter are Belgians all working in Geneva for the U.N.? Not one of them is elected or known to us, the citizens. Not one of them is Flemish. They are all from the French speaking side of Belgium. / Where does the Corona Virus come from? Do we not have to know this as a bases for the Pandemic Treaty? How do the biolabs fit in the Pandemic Treaty? Why are so many people and children chronically ill since the eighties of last century? Do we not have to know the causes which have to be the bases of the IHR and the Pandemic Treaties? / I have sent these questions and more, I tried to be very clear in my communication, to all these representatives of the Belgian citizens in Geneva cc our Prime minister and minister of Health. I explained that I am a grandmother who had severe Lyme and cancer. And that I have serious agony about how and why such a tiny thing like a tick can cause such a devastation for so long? I never had an answer. What we go through is the most evil kind of physical and psychological abuse on a daily basis. Practically all our lives. I sometimes wonder what we are doing here on this planet....

Its pretty incredible. We put in so much love and effort to try to participate and they just blow us all off. Dammit it is really rude! Worse, its breach of duty and we have to go through a lot of effort just to try to get them to respond or do their damn jobs as public servants. Aren't we the boss? Sigh! They really do NOT make it easy on us

Indeed! And every time I write my concerns it takes me hours, more than half a day, to make sure I explain well what I want to say and / or ask. To no avail. Next time I will include: 'Excuse me, it is US who pay you, damn it!!'

Yes and then end it with: The law gives you x days to respond. If I do not hear from you within the deadline I will be forced to take legal action and claim damages. See if something like that gets their attention or any response. Unfortunately they often make us go so far as to actually have to sue if its really damning info or revealing answers requested. In fact we even got a judges order a while back for 78 questions about PCR invalidity and much more and they STILL came up with excuses and we have to go back to prove disobedience and get the fact proven... bright side is, even if tedious, its thorough and how to win in the end! The law. Use it or lose it... Yes, see if you can find the deadline and freak them out with it. We get a lot more response when we remind them nicely of their duties! Tip: We also always say something to the effect of - if you fail to respond I will presume x, x, x is true. cheers! Hold them to account! Why be the resistance when you can be the PERSISTENCE!

What country are you in, and is it monist or dualist? Does it make use of reservations when adopting treaties and amendments, and what effect does the use of reservations have on complying with obligations contained in treaties?

Costa Rica! Great questions! As far as monist or dualist - the case of Costa Rica is special: although the Constitution itself assigns international treaties a rank higher than regular laws and below the Constitution, the Constitutional Chambers of the Supreme Court has interpreted this to mean that human rights treaties have constitutional rank, and may even take precedence over the Constitution where they recognize broader rights or guarantees. CR rarely makes reservations in treaties as far as we have seen and mostly related to taxes, etc. We have some really special laws and jurisdictions here that allow for Universal Jurisdiction to prosecute crimes against humanity (expanded in 2019) and unusual court system that allows lengthy discussions on unlimited claims using a hodge podge of laws and craft remedies using a combination of International and national laws. Its a civil law country but it states it harmonizes to common law and international law!

Yes, treaty / amendment adoption is a completely country specific process. In the US, the IHR (2005) contains our standard reservation that states that we will comport with treaty obligations insofar as they comport with our own State and Federal laws, which tells us where to look at the legality of what happened to us during 'covid, - solely a function of our own State and Federal laws - AND to ensure the integrity of our reservation process domestically during the amendment and new pandemic treaty process. In short, the WHO 'cannot take us over.' HOWEVER, we can give it away, and given the ideological takeover of basically the entire planet, my recommendation is that the war continue to be waged with Geneva - armed with FACTS that don't get us marginalized or dismissed - but it is truly an internal battle that needs to be waged within each Member State. I would love to help shift the battle in that direction. In the US, we have the Department of Treaty Affairs within the State Department that stewards the treaty and amendment processes. You can't find a name of a single employee and the email address in the 'contact us' section responds with a message stating 'we don't respond to emails.' I've reached out to my congressperson as well as Lawrence Gostin - my son is a Georgetown University alum - and I'll be substacking on this later next week. I can't recommend strongly enough that these domestic battles regarding our own laws and treaty processes are what MUST be attended to in parallel with battling Geneva. ~S

Um um :)...if we take it logically, they are somehow right, they are not usurping the sovereignty of the states, but those traitors who approve and sign these treaties. we have a saying "it's not stupid those who asks, it's stupid those who gives". no one puts a gun to their head to do this. I hope that many will attack this treaty if it is finalized, because when it was signed it received a false representation of reality. they didn't learn anything from the "pandemic", except that they must shelter those who abuse power and those who abuse the freedom to produce anything, however, under any conditions and for any reason they want. the intention to standardize the measures of prevention and medical intervention treats humanity from the start as a unitary package, in a political, not a medical style, where the individual has no place, he does not exist, which contradicts the teaching of the medical faculties, namely that no there are diseases, there are sick people, which does not justify global treatment and prevention protocols. Here is politics enslaved to interests, not medicine. Is UN agenda 2030 through other agendas. We know they didn't do and do not do anything for the world's peace, for ending the povery, the hunger, for the good of the children etc, so nothing good to be expected in the future if they are not stopped.

Your right - they are not taking sovereignty if the Sovereign agrees to the schemes. The WHO makes blanket measures as guidance for everyone with no care for individuality, but under international law thats generally considered disproportionate and absurd. Its all void including Agenda 2030 - we need to hustle and stop this madness! Agree with every word you said.
