Yes this is the Administrative contentious court. Common law is codified in civil law. Its better. In Common law its judge made law and unwritten so they make it up if corrupted! Here in civil law the judge cant get out of it - and the next step is to prove certain wrongs in this court so the criminal case will be proved up front!
