I'm very pessimistic about this. Our chances of stopping this from being adopted are very slim. To borrow a line from Liam Neeson in the movie 'Taken,' 'Don't be so pessimistic!' It has been this way for millennia. The pendulum of rights and non-rights always swings back and forth

We just learned this in Diplomacy theory and practice class - about Summits "tactics" - the diplomats literally call this a "tactic" to strong-arm the States to try to push through a Declaration or agreement (negotiation) that is going off track, so pray!
